Well it’s probably because the first panel is from Robin (2021) which was written by Joshua Williamson, who was very determined to strip Damian’s from any of his unique personality traits that made Damian himself in favor of turning him into a basic “just your average kid” character. Damian has always been a very eloquently-spoken person with a wide vocabulary from day one, its an entwined part of his character, so I honestly never understood why so many people, including Joshua, desperately want to change the way he speaks to make him sound more like any other boring kid.
Don’t get me wrong I’m all for Damian learning to act his age and becoming more relaxed around others, but at the same time..........a young person being eloquently-spoken isn’t a negative trait at all? If anything its one of his best traits, so out of all the already-existing flaws and problems surrounding his character, why chose to focus on his perfectly-fine speech to “fix”?
So the celestial theme isn’t our friend here’s sole thing, it’s a Collector-wide aesthetic.

Novel format without narration (full dialogs).
There are no actual sprites, just official art and something akin to a speech bubble to cater to the characters’ changes in ‘expression’.
There are voices, but only partial - mostly just grunts, chuckles, kisses, and stuff. I’m using JP voices EXCEPT for Itto because Max Mittelman is a gem. No, I will not add other languages' voice versions.
Sound cues and voices are quite important for this game so I recommend using headphones.
Depending on when you open the game (morning, afternoon, nighttime, midnight), your currently selected love interest might greet you differently.
To reiterate, there are no wrong answers.
Selecting all talk/act options for a character will unlock a small event where they'll give you unique gifts.
I lowkey have so many ideas on how to expand on this in terms of gameplay and options but let’s be real here it probably won’t happen lol why can’t my brain be this creative when it comes to work

I cannot stop thinking about this scene—how Steven clearly remembers that this was his room,

I’m positive that Marc fronted at that moment because he didn’t want Steven to remember what truly happened. It’s his way of making up to Randall/RoRo, I would like to believe. He treats Steven like the younger brother that he lost when he was a child. The one who loved drawing the one finned fish. The one who was always eager for adventure. The one who was screaming for help back in the cave.
Remember? His mother explicitly stated:
“Marc, what do you do? Keep an eye on your brother, okay?” And Marc is set on fulfilling that promise to Steven.
Marc let Steven keep all the good memories, while he himself lived through all of the bad ones, just so that he could protect him from getting hurt and feeling pain. Steven, his alter, who he considers to be his little brother.
That’s the reason why Marc was so adamant about simply telling Steven what had happened in that room at the top of the flight of stairs, so Steven wouldn’t have to watch the memory play out in front of him. Seeing what happened would definitely hurt more than just knowing what happened. By telling Steven himself, he would have control over what he would reveal to him, and how he would tell him.
That’s why Marc’s first thought when waking up in the Asylum was Steven. That’s why Marc never complained about fronting right after Steven was pierced by the weapons back in Mogart’s. That’s why Marc probably set up a line for Steven to contact “his mother”, and why Marc replaced Gus with another fish. That’s why Marc didn’t want Steven finding out about him in the first place.
Marc spent most of his life protecting and saving Steven the way he wished he could’ve protected and saved Randall. I am literally bawling over this.
Also ending this with another appreciation for Oscar Isaac because he’s a damn legend for the breathtaking portrayal of Steven AND Marc. He better earn awards for this series or I will riot.
Damian over the years: Who he looked through the years-
A few hours born: He looked most like Talia when she was dirt born. It was hard to tell with how small he was and since he was just born he kind of looked like every newborn ever.
A Month/2: he looked like Talia fully, with a hint of Bruce. His dark eye and brows looked most like Talia and a bit of Martha Wayne.
6 months: Looks exactly like Bruce did when he was a baby, just with a hint of Talia and middle eastern in him.
1 year: He still looked Like Bruce did,except more like Martha Wayne did. The looks definitely came from her.
1 1/2: Talia, he switched fast and started to resemble Talia with a hint of Ra’s. Talia thought it was kind of crazy how Damian’s look changes so much.
2 years: a mixture between everyone, Talias golden skin and dark hair. Bruce’s Scowl, and his head shape. Martha Wayne’s nose and her smile. His name ears have Ra’s shape.
3 years: He looked like a baby version of Talia, with his curly baby hair made him look like Martha. Talia loved his tiny curls, she wished that Bruce could see him and how cute he looked. She knew Bruce would be in love with how much he looked like his late mother.
4 years: Bruce, he looked most like Bruce. It was more in his face he looked like Bruce. With his bangs it made him look to much like Bruce.
5 years: Talia and Martha’s looks took over with a hint of Bruce/ra’s. He had Talias face with baby Fat and Martha’s curls and nose. With just a hint of Bruce with the eye brows.
6 years old: He looked most like the Wayne’s, with his face shape and his dimples. His dimples look like Martha Wayne and with his curly hair.
7 years old: He looks look Talia again, Talia jokes that his looks can’t make up his mind. He keep switches between looks and looking like Talia.
8-10: He looks like Bruce with some of Marth/Talias traits. It’s just a small version of Bruce, except Damian took more of his shortness with his grandmother. He is a lot shorter then many kids his age.
11: he didn’t change from when he was 10, since dying and coming back.
12-13: His face is starting to look more like Talia as it thins out from baby face. He still looks like Bruce and how he did when he was 10. Short though.
14: Puberty kept changing his look even more, he looks more like Martha Wayne then his parents. Tim finds it creepy how fast Damians looks change him. He will switch from Being Talia in one lighting to Being Bruce’s younger version.
15-16: His body Takes Talias lean figure while his face looks like Martha’s with a little more boyish then hers. His dimples still look like Martha.
17-19: Body shape is still Talias, his nose is Martha’s, and his Curly hair as it grew out is Martha’s too. His Face shape is A perfect mixture between Bruce and Talia. His cheek bones are Bruce’s 100%.
20s: Remained looking how he did in his teens, like Talia. Still A hint of Bruce and his family. He looks younger then he is and could pass off for being 18.
Late 20s: Bruce’s looks came back,he looks alot like his father in the face and he could be mistaken for Him if someone wasn’t paying close attention.
Early 30s: He could still pass off for being in early 20s. His face still has a hint of a baby face. He looks more like Bruce As he becomes a father himself. Except flawless skin, not a wrinkle in sight. Much like his mother.
Late 30s-early 40s: still The same but with a bit more of Martha Wayne In him. He looks like a mixture of all of his family. Perfectly everything is finally evened out.
Things Damian and middle aged Arab uncles have in common:
1- They want to know where their family is going to at all time, but they get offended when their family wants to know where they are going
2- They always exaggerate their academic achievements when they were little kids.
3- They pridefully announce whose son they are like it’s a badge of honor.
