Also: I vaugepost about my own life- I try not to give specifics. But, in case anyone needs to hear it:

It took me a full decade to finally get a driver's license. And I want to say never give up to anyone trying to hit that milestone.

But- I feel i have to add the caveat:

*I could not have gotten my license without the help of being on 100 MG of zoloft.

For real. I traded my ability to cum for the ability to drive. Law of equivalent exchange or whatever.

-so I always feel like saying "if I can do it, anyone can do it" is dishonest coming from me. I had the help of medication.

I also feel like yall are stronger than I could ever be, but whatever path u take to get to ur goals- don't feel ashamed. Just get there

Can I be really real for a sec

Sometimes, I do call out to take mental health days off from work

I do like having my allotted work week energy going into cleaning my apartment

I do like having 3 whole days off (a real luxury)

And it makes me absolutely sick everytime I do it. I feel guilty and weak and horrible.

What's worse, I realize how much time work leeches from me.

I stayed in bed late. Wasn't outta bed til like 7:30.

I still had time to

-feed and take out the dog

-clean the balcony up

-water plants

-refill bird feeder + water dishes

-vacuum

-gather laundry

-getting gas AND a grocery run (and a 7/11 pitstop)

All that done, about the time I would've been off for lunch at work.

I'm sitting here, thinking about it, also realizing I HAVE been scrolling thru my phone amidst all of those chores

I could get so much done if I was unemployed, its not even funny.

But

I would not have the money for the rent, or groceries or gas or dog food, OR critter food.

Work really is an unfortunate means to an end.

I'm not skilled or smart enough to make the money needed to live.

I am fortunate to be in a position to afford things and still be able to day dream.

I dunno, all that to say:

Things aren't great but, I'm managing

Thinking about timeline story crafting stuff and

I think I've had it where Elijia and Haku meet after Elijia's whole humbling journey that quelled his want for dominance and filled him with the desire for the quiet and domestic

And I think that may still stay the case

Also Elijia and Haku having on an off again flings whenever they butt heads- in the midst of Elijia wanting more power is fun.

Either way, the discovery that Haku can't go too long without having his need for devouring and destruction satiated without consequences is a fun bit' o angst
