When I reblog someone's lewds, I tag the post with "op: [username of whoever made the content]". If there's multiple people I tag them all the same way regardless of who's the actual OP
When I post or reblog something like a still from a movie, I'll tag it with the names of the people in the image, or at least where the image is from
Some more specific tags:
visible/prominent blood is tagged “#tw blood” or “#blood tw”
knives are tagged “#tw knife” or “#knife tw” and maybe “knife play”
naked people are tagged “#nudity”, "#artistic nudity”, or "#partial nudity", or some combination of those
links to paypal, manyvids, onlyfans, et c. accounts are tagged #links
the tags #photo, #audio, #vid, #gif, #nsfw audio and #nsfw text are fairly self-explanatory
my own text posts are tagged #jadwiga speaks, hornier stuff is tagged #jadwiga barks
I use the tag #safe sex for anything involving sexual health, boundaries, et c.
