Hi!! My name is Solar! I’m 20 years old! I'm not exactly sure what my gender is right now, but he/she pronouns are fine!
This is my object show side blog; my main blog is Strikkodrene! I follow/like from there!
I may be a bit shy, or type a bit dryly at times, but please don't be afraid to interact with me! PLEASE do so, really! I enjoy interacting with people, and I LOVE seeing spam rbing+liking!
Mutuals can ask for my Discord! Pleaase talk to me about anything and everything at any time! I really wanna make more friends on here!
CAUTION: I may occasionally reblog or say things that are suggestive, or sexual in nature. I don't advise following me if you're uncomfortable with this. I'm also not great at remembering to tag spoilers, so... watch out for that, I guess!
I'm fond of a lot of object shows, many of which I can't remember off the top of my head, but I'm currently really into Inanimate Insanity, BFDI, and Objectified!
Not really sure what else to put here..! I'll think about it!
P.S. don’t think too much about the quote on the left; that quote just comes from an art project I like!
TAG DIRECTORY:
#speakydeaky - my talk tag
#mytuoys - my art tag
#other's ocs - for characters not part of any 'official' and/or named series
#fankids - for ocs that are specifically meant to be fanchildren of characters from a show or series
+ I generally try to tag shows and their characters accordingly. Mostly just for myself; I often enjoy sifting through content of a particular character I'm currently obsessing over.

no that. actually kind of kills me is how the challenge that lightbulb was so enthusiastic about and fixated on Getting Right is the one that goes horribly wrong. her friend is severely injured and unconscious and she wanted to create something for him but of courseee thats when chaos and conflict ensue and they get yelled at, oj literally saying "is this what you think fan would want?". over and over again her feeling of not being able to do anything right is reinforced and knocked into her mind. and thats the episode she gets eliminated.
the use of Judith Beheading Holofernes painting is interesting especially since its only been shown sneakily in challenges (both where bodily harm has occured) esp considering the paintings history itself and its depiction of ursurping an oppressor who holds power
f2b specifically seems to use /Caravaggios/ painting instead of the one by Artemisia Gentileschi which id consider a bit more known at least by the public . its possible bc of its connections to sa, as the artist used it to 'vent' abt her own assault that they use a diff version but honestly id find that even more fitting for the show since its very clear these objs dont exactly have control which heavily extends to their own bodies as they get hurt doing challenges, idk its ominous to have this painting hang in the bg in a scene where specner tells them to familiarize themselves with their objects in a challenge having to do w their bodies . IDK IDK
its intresting.. i wonder if it means anything , it makes sense for spencer to have this painting as they dont only want to show the objects the beauties of life but its pain and intricacies as well but it also serves as almost an ominous warning of what not to do
spencer isnt benevolent but they arent overtly cruel as well and dont want to be seen as evil/bad.. its just very strange what does it MEAN WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN
