I found instances of this photo here https://www.flickr.com/photos/dogpaste/8613997999/ and here https://rareswifts.tumblr.com/post/154871315536 This article https://web.archive.org/web/20160115221433/https://www.elle.fr/People/La-vie-des-people/News/Les-animaux-de-stars-sont-les-nouveaux-rois-d-Instagram/Meredith-Swift suggests that the photo was posted to the instagram meredithswift, but i can no longer find it on there (also i don't believe the photo shows up on the archived page, but it showed up in an image search)
