Galina Paramonova of @pom_puppy_for_happy, @luxpomeranians_kennel, www.pomeranianspitz.com, Iz Semyi Monarhov, Pomeranian Kennel FCI scammed me and stole $1500 from me. I had a nightmare experience dealing with this business for the past few months and I hope nobody goes through this with her after me.

Update:  Galina told me the shipper she uses only ships dogs via cargo even though before I had paid for the puppy, she gave me the option of dog cargo or puppy courier (of which I chose the latter as my personal belief is that small fragile dogs like pomeranians should not be shipped by cargo.) I was happy to pay $800 for puppy courier shipping but now she's telling me her shipper never ships with a puppy courier 🙃Total nightmare experience.

Once Galina picks up the money from her bank, XOOM does NOT issue refunds. This sneaky scammer knows exactly what she's doing. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Galina Paramonova’s website is www.pomeranianspitz.com. Please avoid this scammer at all costs. Doing business with her was one of the worst mistakes of my life.

I was looking for Pomeranian sellers on Instagram and I found Galina Paramonova's account there (@pom_puppy_for_happy, Iz Semyi Monarhov). After I received proof that she had the puppy (in photos and videos and asked her to write my name next to the puppy on a piece of paper,) I paid her the $1500 in exchange to get a 3 month old puppy in around a month.

Before I paid her, we agreed to $800 shipping (with a dog nanny which I was more than happy to pay. I would never ship a small, fragile dog in cargo)

Before I paid her, we agreed she would ship the 3 month old puppy in the middle of August. She said she would keep me updated on the exact day.

She delayed shipping by 2 months because she didn't do the proper research on rabies vaccine requirements in the US. She didn't let me know of the delay either time that she delayed. I had to keep asking her for updates and then she told me. Awful communication on her part. I agreed to buy a 3 month old puppy but would now be getting a 5 month old puppy, stripping me of 2 months of vital bonding and training time.

Never apologized or took accountability for her mistakes.

After she let me know of the 2 month delay, I reached out again about shipping. Then she surprised me with a more than 100% increase in shipping price. Before I paid her for the puppy, we agreed to $800 shipping. Now she said it would be $1700. Again, zero apologies. Zero accountability.

She refused to give me a refund even after the 2 month delay and the outrageous increase in shipping price.

I never received my puppy.

She stole $1500 from me.

My heart hurts.

Please don't make the same mistake I did.
