why is it that mostly (often) when men talk about trust issues it is to do with previous breakups? and when women do, it’s because of their history of assault or abuse.

One thing that gets ignored a lot when it comes to mental illness is conflicting symptoms. I sleep both too much and not enough. There will be weeks or months where I’m averaging three to four hours of sleep on a weekday, but on weekends I sleep until 1 pm. Some days I don’t eat my first meal until 4 or 5 pm, while other days I comfort eat all day. All of those are symptoms of depression, and none of them invalidate each other. Manifestation of symptoms can change as a person ages, but it can also change day to do depending on other factors in a person’s life.

a lot of fury is expressed with throwing things and breaking things, especially in popular culture. is it only me or do you just internalise it, spew expletives in your head and love on? internalising anger, sure, but I don’t think I have the heart to break things that are bought with such hard earned money.

I’m not so sure where I’m going with this, though.

There is hopelessness, a sort of despair, a little miffed existence. When things are beyond control, why is it then that the fickle mind exceeds its compulsion to control, the mind wanders into dangerous territories, the what ifs that could never have an optimistic answer? tough times have blanketed the warm being. And have juxtaposed to a colder human, at times incapable of answering, talking or emoting.
