About Derek: Derek is a shy, relatively quiet, boy who resides in Morioh (DiU). His stand has been with him since birth and is a reflection of his inner confidence that he’s yet to utilize. Antisocial, awkward, and always more than a little nervous Derek has trouble making friends and can be found eating alone at Tonio’s restaurant. 

About Thug City: Thug City is a loud stand who is a representation of his stand user’s inner conscious. Energetic, talkative, and dirty mouthed Thug City is tough and easily angered. With the ability to weaponize sound and vibrations in the air, he generates attacks via noise. Since Derek’s childhood Thug City has protected him from bullies and people with bad intentions, showing a well developed moral compass.
