Pope Cody/Ftm reader Period Comfort (SFW)

Pope arrives home to find you attempting to chop some veggies to make yourself a snack. He notices how you're not as alert as usual as you've not realised that he had come back yet and that he's watching you from outside the kitchen. The pain from your period is making you feel like you're 5 seconds away from passing out, extremely hot and heart racing you shut your eyes and lean against the counter, putting down the knife as you mutter to yourself about the stupid pain medication not even working and how the doctors don't seem to get the urgency in working out what is wrong.
Suddenly Pope is behind you as he grabs onto you, "Hey sweetheart, why don't I finish this and you go lie down, you don't look well."
You get startled but quickly relax as you sort of nod, "It hurts Andrew," the pain and exhaustion making you burst into tears "I'm so tired and it hurts."
Pope just hugs you closer before he carefully scoops you up and carries you to your bedroom and lays you down. "Sweetheart do you need to change your underwear?"
You shake your head to say no, Pope remembers how the switch to period underwear from pads had lowered your dysphoria around this time of the month. He was happy to hand rinse them for you before throwing them in the wash so you had less to think about, blood never bothered him anyway unless it was from the people he loved being harmed. He strokes your forehead as he murmurs to you, "Just lay right here and I'll get you your hot water bottle and finish making your snack. Shout if you need something sweetheart or text my phone."
You whisper as you sniffle, "Thank you, I'm sorry for making you do this."
Pope shakes his head, sad that you still feel like you have to apologise for taking up space when he loves that. He loves serving you and being by your side. "Baby, I love helping you don't apologise. I'll be right back"
You mumble as he gets up, "I love you, 'drew."
After about 15 minutes Pope is back with veggie sticks and houmous in a container so you can eat it later rather than right away, and a hot water bottle. He notices you're out cold, but that's quite normal with the lightheadedness you get from the pain. He undresses you down to your t-shirt, keeping your sports bra on to reduce your dysphoria since binding is uncomfortable for you, and underwear because otherwise you'll overheat and place the hot water bottle against your lower abdomen. He then changes to just his boxers and slides in behind you and massages your thighs and lower back since they ache a lot when on your period. He can feel you melt under his touch in your sleep. He tries not to be weird but he loves just touching you all the time, not even as a sexual thing but just as a way of being close.
