Are you a Gaya sa Pelikula Fan? Are you wishing to tell the people behind that masterpiece how it changed your fridays for nine weeks in these gruelling periods of lockdown? Are you hoping to show them the fanarts you made inspired by the show? Are you? Well, here’s your chance!
Inspired by @asianmelodrama and @thepurplemu24, I’m compiling fan messages and fanarts that’ll be printed into an A5 book and sent to its creator, casts, and director!
You can submit your messages and/or fanarts here, and trust that we will include it for Gege, Direk JP, and the Pangilinans to see!

I hope that made sense 😆, but seriously, I’m still figuring out the rest of the logistics. For now, I’m aiming to collect at least 30 messages and fanarts to include in the print. The more the better, really. Everything’s in the initial stage so there is still no set end date for this project. The google form will be open until needed, so please share it with your friends who are also fans of the show.
This is exclusively posted in tumblr for now, btw. Everyone in the cast are active in twitter, and since I’m hoping to keep this project as a surprise for them, please refrain from posting about it in the bird app (if you have one). Y’know, keep it in your DMs, as they say.
And I’m not really sure if it’s proper to call it a fanbook. Google told me that it’s a bit different from what I’m trying to start here but I don’t really have a better word for a ‘compilation of fan messages printed out as a book’. I’m hoping the usage of the word was justified. 😅 If not, feel free to drop your suggestion or queries about another term and whatever whatnots about the project you have in my askbox!
