I will do it for me. I know that I will never feel comfortable any other way. Confident. Relaxed. I owe it to myself to make my life easier. Even if it means that it will be a tiny bit harder for a while. But, oh, it is so worth it. I will finally have it all. I will have been able to give to myself everything I ever desired. From me to me. And there is nothing greater than that.

I will do it for me. I owe it to little me who wanted to be skinny more than anything. I owe it to teen me who would second-guess every relationship she got into, because of her body and weight. I owe it to me right now. I want to feel comfortable and skinny and cute and girly. I will do it for me.

Think that you are already there. You wake up in the morning, in your bed, and you can feel how flat your stomach is as you turn around. When you sit, your legs don’t touch. When you wear your clothes, nothing looks weird/fits in an unflattering way. You get new looks now; of interest and jealousy. You feel desired, you fell powerful, but must importantly you finally feel ok with your body. You are not second guessing everything you say. You have a new confidence, that makes you look hotter than ever before. You made it, because you decided to work for it. You know that it does affect all that.
