Framing St. Mary's Abbey, York, England.
A couple stops to rest and take in the immense view, while hiking through the Swiss Alps. Switzerland 1984
My intentions will always be pure, I don’t have time to be a wack person.
You’re never too busy to find time for mindfulness. You’re never too busy to take care of yourself emotionally and physically. You’re never too busy to prioritize yourself. Self-care is so important. If you want to live a happy and fulfilled life, you have to work on yourself every single day.
Commit to becoming your greatest version. Nourish your mindset, let your mindset create for you the reality of your dreams. It’s so easy to get caught up in external circumstances thinking that you don’t have control over anything. That’s not true. Your power always comes from within. When you take care of yourself internally, your external reality becomes much more harmonious.
You don’t have to find time for meditation, mindfulness, and quiet relaxation. You can consciously create time for these things. You can include them in your schedule and perceive them as the most important meetings of your day. The meetings you have with yourself always determine the quality of your life. Don’t underestimate the power of being conscious.
