:-( :-( no energy rip. My grandma is ill and I'm helping her out where I can, I'm recovering from covid, and of course I got the period from HELL. When I'm not at my grandparents I'm in bed and it's sucks

Actually I can't tell if I'm nervous or if it's my meds. Midodrine does this sometimes
Nervous abt cat's health (he's probably fine) so naturally my whole body is reacting and I'm having a slight fever. Who designed this. This is not good design
I was like, there will be no repurcussions for overextending this is evidence backed and completely true :-)
And then I broke my whiteboard w my head when I fainted directly onto it

focused walking/exercise bike 👍30 minutes in one go
🫱 30 minutes 15 minute increments, breaks as needed
👎 20 minutes 5 minute increments, at LEAST one hour between each
plank/pushups/situps

food and cleaning
morning:
feed cat coffee + breakfast (yoghurt and museli) fill water bottle snack (fruit or salad)
middle of the day:
lunch (sandwich or toastie w or w/o salad) 1 SMALL cleaning activity Electrolyte drink Snack (crackers and/or salad)
afternoon:
feed cat wash dishes dinner (toastie or something in the pressure cooker, rice w vegetables perhaps. MAKE SURE to add salt to meal) Make sure bottle of water has been drunk Clear and wipe down counter
here we go again, got taken out of the game for the day doing routine activity, so i thought i'd create a few little aspirational + scaleable routines for daily use and see how that goes. I have a friend coming over very soon, so my schedule is about to be shot to shit but I want to keep trying to have as much active time as possible
