His body seemed to move on it’s own, sitting and crossing his appendages. “Okay something is definitely wrong….I did want to do that.” Who was this guy? “I guess you’re a Meta.” Nightwing concluded, now criss cross on the floor.

Kilgrave allowed his eyes to narrow, watching carefully the movements of the spangled hero. Hearing the words leave the birds mouth only to acknowledge agreement with the order. “That’s a good boy…” A smirk began to grow upon his lips as he looked him up and down. “Doesn’t that get-up become uncomfortable? Looks foolish also.” He began to start small paces around the seated hero. Listening in on the words in which the masked vigilante spoke out to him. “A meta? Well that’s a new term. I’m just trying to help. You’ve came in her accusing me of something. What crimes have I done…? Hmm? Answer me…”

Jay simply smiled as if the joke amused her. Truly, it did, the fact that this man was so close and yet so far from the truth was always amusing. But just like his expression, hers dropped too at the order. Grabbing the man by the lapels, pulling him to her, Jay complied.

The lapels of his suit were pulled, forcing his chest to be pulled towards her, at that moment he could then feel his British lips pressed up against hers. His hands instantly moving down to her lips to pull her body towards his. He could instantly guess that her wasn’t the place for this public display of affection, but he knew the first person who was to say anything would be trying to drive see how far they could fly off of a ten story building.

❝ Hey !! ❞ Damn, Wanda was already off to a bad start. The American slang greeting sounded out of place in her mouth, as did the brightpreppiness she had forced into her tone. There had been a man following her for several weeks now ━━━ Victor, his name was. He had managed to get a hold of her number even, something that took quite a bit of work, &&had a tendency to ‘ happen to show up ’wherever she went. He seemed to think Wanda would find it charming, endearing maybe even, but it did nothing except creep her out, make her uncomfortable. After several nice, ( && NOT-SO-NICE )denials, she had grown desperate. Even now, going out to get morning coffee, he was there. && so, she made a desperate move. Quickly calculating the people sitting alone, not on laptops, or reading, or on their phones, looking clearly preoccupied, Wanda narrowed her options to a dark haired man in a nice suit. Probably waiting for a business meeting, but it would have to do for now. && so, she greeted him, cheer flowing through her voice, going to his table &&pulling the man  ━━━ who she could only P R A Y would go along with her charade, into a tight hug, kissing his cheek. Softly as she could, she explained to the stranger, ❝ There’s been a man following me for quite some time, && if you could pretend to be my boyfriend for a little while, I would be forever grateful. ❞ 

 Kilgrave – there was a time when that name would strike fear into the hearts of people from Hell’s Kitchen, but not anymore. Recently he had been on the down low, living an ordinary life within the city of New York. But, how normal could a life be when you had the ability to control a human’s thoughts and actions with a single word. A small sigh passed through his lips. He was sat down within a coffee shop, pathetic little place really – he could smell the rich coffee beans from down the back which were beings brewed in the wrong fashion. His train of thought didn’t last too long, right up until this female had made her way up towards his table, presenting him with what seemed to be a rather disgusting problem, one that didn’t seem worthy for any of his assistance. His brown orbs began to scan the female up and down, she seemed to be somewhat of an attractive woman, but obviously not up to the high levels of what Kilgrave had already set for himself. He loved himself more than anyone could really imagine. “Fine – sit down…” It almost seemed like an instant occurrence for him to instantly take control of the situation. But at that moment, he knew he couldn’t. Even though he seemed evil to the bone, he was still going to try and make an effort. “- I mean, only if you want to. If we’re going to do this we have to make it real…Get on my lap and kiss me, like you mean it…” He gave another order without even realising.

There would be only one way this man or any other would get the truth of her ‘job’ from her and that was to force it from her. And with the way this whole encounter was going, it would only be a short time until that happened. “I think you failed that class.” Jay replied shortly, not feeling any of the chemistry the man claimed was between them.

“Detective? CSI? Or do you swing from building wearing a bat symbol at night?” Kilgrave joked with the last suggestion, so much so that another chuckle had managed to force its way passed his lips, but then he heard her next words. His facial expression dropped as he looked her up and down another time… “Really? No chemistry? Kiss me – a proper kiss, like you mean it.” After his words were spoken he fixed his posture making sure that he was stood straight.
