Here is where I will hopefully put custom content for various Sims games. It's not very organized, oops.

More Royalty and Legacy conversions, this time for men only because the bone assignments were a bit of a headache. It turned out great though so I'm happy.

Sims 2: NASA Flight Suits

Another piece of CC made because I wanted it for my own game. Two NASA flight suits, one based off of Gemini/Apollo era flight suits and another based off later shuttle/current flight suits. I stole the namebadge textures from NASA's Flickr page and didn't bother erasing or changing the names (I was NOT going to do one recolor for every single astronaut) so male sims will have to deal with walking around with a lady's name and vice versa. They're recolors of the EAxis orderly mesh for adults and elders, both genders. Both are included in the same download.

I'm working on an overlay box converting the Sims 4 birthmark and vitiligo overlays to Sims 2, and since I'm doing them all separately so you can mix and match, that begs the question of what do I do for the face overlays. I have two options: one, I can include them in the overlay box and have them apply a face + an empty body overlay. Two, I can include them in the full face makeup category in Create a Sim. I was initially planning on including them in the box but I can also see the advantages to having them in Create a Sim so I figure I'd ask and see if anyone else has any preference.

4t2 EP21 Formal Dashiki

I'm enjoying the CAS content of the lastest Sims 4 expansion, so of course I had to do some conversions. First off is this fullbody outfit. Unfortunately I got my methods of hair converting and clothes converting mixed up so all the age group meshes are in one single file, oops. Luckily this won't be a problem unless someone wants to make recolors of specifically one age group and doesn't want to include the meshes for all of them in there. Anyway:

4t2 SP56 Satin Pajamas

Here's some more pajamas because we could always use more pajamas! Anyway this is a conversion from one of the kits, I could have given the male outfit a top but I opted not to. They're both fullbody outfits. Also as a side note there is minor clipping in the top of the legs in some animations, I tried to mitigate it the best I could but unfortunately it isn't perfect. (This is also why it's not for teen, I got irritated at it).

Electrical Outlet Deco for Sims 4

This was something pretty simple whipped up when I thought "huh I bet I could edit the EA lightswitch and slap outlet textures on it". So I did just that. Turns out the lightswitch (pictured for reference) uses 64x64 pixel texture image so the quality of the outlets is kinda shit, but it's at least distinct enough. The countries these outlets came from are in the catalog description (there are six swatches)

4t2 EP19 Mother Earth

Finally finished this up after checks notes several months... sorry I've been inconsistent with conversions, there's just a lot going on.

Anyway, the Mother Earth dress converted from Enchanted by Nature, and since EA included a male specific mesh I converted it for men too. A child mesh is included in the mesh file but I didn't do recolors for it because I was a bit burnt out, so if anyone wants to take a stab at it the files are there.

sorry I haven't posted anything like at all this month, I've fucked up my leg and between that and getting back into baldur's gate 3 I haven't had a lot of energy to do sims stuff (and the one thing I did prep to post turned out to have issues so I had to go back and fix it. then I misplaced the flash drive I put the fixed version on. yay me)

In case anyone else besides me was curious (as if), Sims 2 basegame will install on a 933 MHz Transmeta Crusoe, it will launch, you can load a neighborhood, but good luck moving the camera around to reach a family (it's that choppy and refuses to move).

(Bit of background, 800 MHz is the minimum requirement of the base game, so while the 933 MHz Crusoe meets it on paper, the Crusoe also emulates x86 instructions in software so in practice it's slower. According to Wikipedia a 700 MHz Crusoe ran about the speed of a 500 MHz Pentium III. So technically this thing is too slow for Sims 2 and it shows.)

Hi! Hope you're doing well! Did you ever decide if you were going to convert TS4 Life & Death mustache to TS2? I am a clay hair only user and would love to have more 4t2 facial hair in game to match! :) Totally understand if not, I tried to convert a beard once and failed miserably lol

oh yeah I can totally convert mustaches, it's beards I stay away from lol (I have NO idea how to do the morph groups and staches don't really need those). I've been toying with the idea of doing a pack of clay staches so I might do that
