Do you have any advice + tips for people who over consume shifting stuff and is stuck in their shifting journey and for ppl who think what they do isn’t enough/wrong? For my first point, I mean as in, they just keep watching shifting content over and over and so they feel stuck and don’t know what they should do to shift, and for my second point I mean they think they’re listening to the wrong subliminal, using the wrong affirmations, think their intention isn’t strong enough, have the wrong mindset, etc etc
Hey love, here’s my honest take on this.
First of all, over-consuming shifting content is not really a problem in itself,but it feeds frustration for certain profiles of people. If you are the type who doubts a lot, watching tons of shifting videos, methods, stories can just trap you in a loop of “never enough,” where you keep comparing and stressing over doing things perfectly. And that is what "block" you, not the content.
Secondly, let’s be blunt: you are hurting yourself for no reason by thinking you must have the perfect mindset, perfect subliminal, perfect affirmation. Seriously. So many people have shifted while being angry, anxious, desperate, confused, even obsessive. People shifted in 2020 using the wrong affirmations, “future tense” scripts, random subliminals, and still got results because their focus was momentarily aligned enough for those few seconds.
Perfection does not exist, and will never exist. What really matters is not some general “perfect” vibration, but simply a moment, a window, where your mind is open and the target is clear. That’s all it takes.
If you keep stressing that you’re wrong, that your intention is weak, that your mindset isn’t pure enough, you will literally keep anchoring yourself to this reality through fear. Stop feeding that.
Instead, I’d suggest:
choose one method
commit to it for a while
cut the over-checking of videos and post
and focus on entering a calm, neutral state before trying again.
Because it’s not about perfection. It’s about letting your system line up for a moment, even imperfectly,and trusting that’s enough.

Y'all oh my god. I just manifested a new house?? Now I know there's not actually such thing as big and small manifestations and that's just limiting yourself, BUT THIS IS THE BIGGEST THING IVE MANIFESTED BEFORE AND I COULD NOT BE PROUDER. I manifest tiny things for my convenience all the time but this is just huge.
Yesterday I was scrolling, and saw one of my favvv loa creators post about things they had manifested in the month of May. Then I went to their profile and looked at their lists of things they manifested in other months, and it was REALLY motivating. I was thinking about different things I wanted to manifest this month (even though we're already a third into the month, that doesn't matter), and one manifestation I've been wanting to do for a while that aligns with my main manifestation was moving. I put BARELY any thought into this. I thought "yeah, I really wanna move, so that's gonna happen." And guess what? This morning I got a text from my mom saying we're moving. It's literally so easy. The thing I put the LEAST thought or effort into was the one that happened almost immediately. So stop tiring yourself out. Say you want it, decide you have it, and it's yours.
