Okay guys, so here's your reminder to be fucking careful.
If you feel dizzy, sit down until it passes. It doesn't matter if you think you can deal with it, sit the fuck down.
Know your warning signs. Make sure you know what happens to your body before you pass out, especially with your sight and your hearing. This could genuinely save your arse at some point.
Carry something with quickly digested calories with you at all times. Cereal bars or small boxes of juice are good for this. Lots of you know this, but I mean every single time you go out, even if it's only going to be 5 minutes.
If you very nearly/actually pass out
Lie down until your body feels more like normal. Lying is better than sitting, it will help your blood pressure even out quicker.
When you feel able to sit up, you need calories. Juice, sweet tea (can you tell I'm British), or non diet soda are good because you can just drink them. If you're going for actual food you want high sugar (natural or refined) or high carb.
If you can, call a mate or someone you trust to come sit with you. At the very least, do not lock yourself in your room. Because then when you realise you might need help, no one can get in.
Take a nap. Your body has just been through a lot, plus it's fucking scary. Cancel plans for the next few hours and relax.
Cancel plans for the rest of the day/in the morning if you need to. You're not a failure, you have to look after yourself.
Your calorie limit for the rest of the day/tomorrow should stay the same or go up. Do not under any circumstances think that now is a good time to bring it down again. You'll just knock yourself out again.
