This is the real-life mystery game of tracking psychopaths in Odaiba, which would be held in July and September. This is the official website for the game. It seems that during the game, participants will be instructed by via the earphone by PP characters (in the video one of the participants is instructed by Kougami) to catch a designated ‘psychopaths’ in Odaiba. One ticket cost 3000 yen. 

Also, seems like by winning this game, participants would also get a poster illustrated by Amano-sensei, limited edition poster card, along with PP zero illustrations to commemorate the novel and also some other special stuffs.
