i’ve gained so much weight in the past few months i feel disgusting.
um hi. i haven’t been active on here in a few months. i had a recovery but then i started binging again. atm im eating way too much every day and i feel so terrible mentally and physically. i want to start restricting again slowly so i’m going to start marking my progress again. i have a high metabolism so even tho i’ve ate a lot i’m still pretty skinny but my thighs are starting to touch again which is rlly triggering for me and i relapsed with self harm last night bc of it. when i feel a bit better abt my body i will start using this account again tysm for the dms and support i’ve been receiving recently <3

You know what really fucking sucks? How some people have associated EDs with super skinny white straight pretty girls. DO NOT get me wrong like they are absolutely valid but that association between them and EDs have left everyone else out: boys, LGBTQ people, people with EDs who aren't skinny, Black people.
Idk...just me sharing thought to no one anyway yeah
