The Void Craze Needs To Stop
I just want to put this out there because I see WAY to many people over complicating a legit meditative state. I have gotten in this state all my life. YOU have gotten in this state all your life. And Iโm sick of the void craze!
People in my asks are literally always like โCan I do thisโฆ this isnโt workingโฆ this and thatโ and itโs like what is happening? When did all of this even start? Why are we over complicating something apart of US?
You know when you fall asleep while watching a movie, and you are kind of conscious but not really? And you canโt hear the movie anymore? That was the void state. Or when you wake up from sleep and all you remember is a black space? THAT WAS THE VOID STATE TOO!
Iโm gonna be telling you guys the OG method on how to get into the void state. This is how many people got in. So ignore the lullaby method, SATS, yoga nidra, letโs talk about the actual method that people use. Letโs go down memory lane.
Lay down and relax your body. Stretch and release tension. Get into a relaxed state.
Breathe in and out. This is very beneficial as breathing in and out slows down your heart, and gets you in the floaty stage. Youโll also feel like youโre in space. You can breathe in and out at your own pace, but I like to do the 444 breathing method. Breathe in on the count of 4, hold for 4 seconds, and release on the count of 4. Focus on the darkness behind your eyes. Do you see swirls and colors? Observe.
Once youโre in that floaty stage, affirm your favorite void affirmations like โI am pure consciousness, I am in the void stateโ you can use as many affirmations as you want.
In some minutes youโll be in the void state. Youโll know when you feel happy and blissful, and you canโt feel or hear anything. This isnโt scary at ALL. Itโs your home and youโll feel like youโre in space.
See guys? This is so easy and itโs just deep relaxation! You donโt need void concepts or a void challenge. We make them to help you stop putting it on a pedestal, but even if you do, you just need to relax no matter what your mindset is. Iโve seen people who have gotten physically ill because they were so obsessed with the void. Please, just relax, affirm, breathe.

To rise to the level of any state is to automatically become that state in expression. But, in order to rise to the level that you are not now expressing, you must completely drop the consciousness with which you are now identified. Until your present consciousness is dropped you will not be able to rise to another level. Do not be dismayed. This letting go of your present identity is not as difficult as it might appear to be. The invitation of the scriptures, "To be absent from the body and be present with the Lord," is not given to a select few; it is a sweeping call to all mankind. The body from which you are invited to escape is your present conception of yourself with all of its limitations, while the Lord with whom you are to be present is your awareness of being.
To accomplish this seemingly impossible feat you take your attention away from your problem and place it upon just being. You say silently but feelingly, "I AM." Do not condition this awareness but continue declaring quietly, "I AM โ I AM." Simply feel that you are faceless and formless and continue doing so until you feel yourself floating.
"Floating" is a psychological state which completely denies the physical. Through practice in relaxation and wilfully refusing to react to sensory impressions, it is possible to develop a state of consciousness of pure receptivity. It is a surprisingly easy accomplishment. In this state of complete detachment, a definite singleness of purposeful thought can be indelibly engraved upon your unmodified consciousness. This state of consciousness is necessary for true meditation.
This wonderful experience of rising and floating is the signal that you are absent from the body or problem and are now present with the Lord; in this expanded state you are not conscious of being anything but I AM โ I AM; you are only conscious of being.
When this expansion of consciousness is attained, within this formless deep of yourself, give form to the new conception by claiming and feeling yourself to be that which you, before you entered into this state, desired to be. You will find that within this formless deep of yourself all things appear to be divinely possible. Anything that you sincerely feel yourself to be while in this expanded state becomes, in time, your natural expression.

This is when people fail to enter the void state because their attention and Focus in on the Above mentioned examples. Please stop that because you doing it right , you just not aware of it ! And the " doing tomorrow thing " End it now , why wait for desires when you get them now .
Also Please don't Focus on the Symptoms , Why ?
Because symptoms are just indicators that your entering the void . If you keep on focusing on then you taking your attention away from your affs and putting in back on your body and the 3D. Persist through all the Symptoms !
When you Attempting the void, don't focus on making sure you doing everything right , say your aff , Focus on it and feel yourself drifting with it. Trust your mind !!

1. First Choose a day That you gonna enter void state. By no means your are going to procrastate in entering the void, forget what everyone said about the void , forget all limiting beliefs and Intrusive thoughts they just standing in your way , push them aside. Don't give them meaning and don't Focus on them. They don't mean anything in the end !!
2. Before you enter the void , you are going to saturate your mind and live in the end that you already a master of the void.
I recommend listening to @lotusmi " I Have Mastered the Void" Aff tape โจ . It literally has 160k Affs.
3. Live in the end that you already entered the void . See yourself like you Mastered the void and see yourself with all your Manifestions that you Manifested in the void . Feel the excitement and sustain the feeling know you already entered the void state. That's all you need to saturate your mind about the void State.
( Note : You don't need to do this , if you don't feel like . It's Just for my angels who struggle with intrusive thoughts regarding the void !).

( The awake method is basically Affirming Awake , unlike setting an intention to fall sleep in th void (โฟ โกโฟโก))
Step 1. Get comfortable . Lay in comfortable position.
Step 2. Take some deep from your Belly. Taking deep breaths signals the body to calm down. You can listen to a mediation too, if you want too before Affirming.
( This is step is completely optional !! ).
Step 3. Start Affirming Silently " I Am " , you can lip sync by Moving your lips. Lip syncing puts you in a deep MEDIATIVE state and sends Subliminal suggestion to the unconscious mind !
Step 4. You may Focus on the blackness on behind of your eyelids while Affirming to take your attention way from the 3D.
Step 5. Do not condition this Awareness as Neville says , but persist and focus while you Affirming.
Step 6. You will start getting symptoms, they indications that close you entering the void , persist through all of them.

The Complaining Method
this one is pretty funny! just complain about how you have your desires and how annoying it is! for example, let's say you were manifesting longer hair, you would be like "UGH why is my hair so long like omg i CAN'T. It goes wayy past my shoulders like ughh" see? it's easy and funny and you'll get your desires quick!
The Interview Method
pretend you're at a famous interview as a celebrity! put on your best outfit. put on applause sounds in the back and pretend you're being interviewed! pretend the interview host is asking you questions based on your desires. like "omg how did you get your hair so long?" or "what is it like being one of the most richest people to exist?" this is such a fun and random way to manifest!
