It’s been a roller coaster of a month and the tail end of the year has been rough.

But if I’m to use what has happened as an excuse to mope, I’m abandoning myself.

Here’s to a new chapter in my life, where I’ll commit to:

• understanding who I am

• pursuing a dream career

At the end of the day, the most important thing I’ll do is to be kind to myself.
