It’s has been 3 years since I started my journey of weight loss and It has been good days and bad days but I made it through. I started off by cutting things out gradually. Then I became a vegetarian. Eating 2 times a day with a little snack. Then dairy started to get to me so I went vegan. I have my gal bladder with moved last year and every time you eat you go. (TMI). So I didn’t want to do that so I decided to eat once a day. I didn’t know about intermittent fasting. I just started to eat one meal a day but I heard about it and read up on it and I said I’m already doing that lol. Intermittent fasting is when you pick a time to eat between 8 am - 8 pm and eat between those hours. You can eat one meal or 2 whatever works for your body. (DISCLAIMER) it’s not for EVERYONE!!!!!! It’s hard in the beginning trust me lol but it’s works for me, not YOU but for ME!! Lol. I being doing this almost 3 years now. Do I regret my decision?! NO! Because I rather work this hard to be healthy then be diabetic and having health problems. You have to do what works for you not nobody else. They aren’t carry this weight, you are. I was over 300 lbs and I’m 4’11. That weight was killing me.
