Current theory: Ava has 2 personalities that are evident when the part in her hair is different. One personality killed Nolan. In the pilot, the song that played when his body was found said “the only enemy is within” and each time those lyrics were played Ava was on the screen. I think side part is kind Ava and center part is evil Ava.

Oh wow I’d love that! The split-personality theory was always being thrown around during the original PLL but it never lead to anything. I’d love for them to play with that idea in this show and you’ve picked out some clever potential hints!

Marlene fucking did it. She broke up Emily and Alison. Sorry for the shippers who didn’t harass the writers and threaten cast members they didn’t like, but maybe now everything can finally move on and focus on the actual new content and storyline instead of clinging to the old.

Can we give Sara Harvey a break please? She was in the dollhouse too and probably for months or years she was tramuatized just like the liars. Maybe taking showers were the only way she could be calm and she shouldn’t be made fun of for it.

To be fair, we don’t actually know if Sara was tortured or not. Her being redcoat kind of implies that she was only pretending to be kidnapped to get close to the liars. There is also the possibility that she was forced to do that stuff for Charlotte, but the show never clarified which it was, so most people assume she was working with Charlotte. I thought she wasn’t actually showering all the time, she was just running water so she could call Charlotte without Emily hearing (that’s not really canon, just an assumption). But the main reason people don’t like Sara is that there was really no point to her character. Her being kidnapped by Charlotte didn’t really add anything to the story, but her being redcoat/black widow doesn’t make much sense either because we thought it would be someone we actually know like Melissa. Sara was too random and unnecessary. She also took up most of Emily’s time in 6A when Emily could’ve had a more interesting storyline.
