I lost some weight towards the end of summer and I know if I just lock in I can easily drop another 40 before the upcoming summer

2 bags of shredded cheese

A LOT of milk like a butt ton and that includes like heavy whipping cream I think

An entire stick of butter

A good amount of a jar of that liquid type cheese

A ton of sour cream

Macaroni duh

Seasoning but that’s not the problem
