        SHE COULDN’T BELIEVE what she had actually just done. The two had gotten into fights before, They’ve yelled, they’ve walked away angry, they’ve threatened break ups, But this was the first time in their relationship — the first time in any relationship that Thalia’s ever been in — where she’s put her hands on the other. _“ _I—.. I’m so so sorry baby. Oh my god.. ”  She muttered, stumbling over her own words._ “ _Let me see. I need to see if you’re okay. ”  She told the other girl, stepping closer to her.

Claire was more in shock than pain, after having gotten out of one abusive relationship did she somehow stumble into another one? Her brain was struggling to comprehend the events that had just occurred. She could hear Thalia speaking but she wasn’t really listening, off of pure reflex she flinched and moved back when the other moved towards her “N-no— I’m.. I’m fine.” Physically Claire was fine, in all honesty her ex had dealt much worse to her and she had scars to prove it, it was just emotionally that she was dealing with the pain.
