Welp, with a bit of salt collection, the party and the dwarves head back to hearts hollow. Nadir just made it back while we were gone, as found out by teh fargrab, and we meet up with him at the entrance. Pike is reunited with his family, and gives Mallori the package of pearl trinkets for free due to the favor she's done him. The group splits off to do a few different things, Kay wants to reforge Levin's chestplate to fit, Erei wants some time alone, and Nimako and Mallori do a bit more mental dives into eachother.

On the surface, Nimako's thoughts are just hopes of this helping out, and anxiety about if she's actually ready to let Mallori in...

Diving deeper, the first thing is Mallori gets a glimpse of the way Nimako is seeing- how flat and drawn everything is, indistinct. what's detailed is only Mallori and herself, and even then, that is simple and lacking. It's just a glimpse, but it shows even Mallori's perspective holds more depth then hers. In that glimpse though, Nimako's thoughts can be heard, though they almost sound scripted, despite being current. "I can't stop thinking about how that void the first time reminded me of my meetings with Inkling… even if her disconnect seems different then my own. That's not something they- you did, is it?wait- shoot- sorry Mallori, Obvious not asking you! It's just been on my mind, ahaha… Uh, I guess this counts as a success?"

Soon after, as they discuss the differences, Mallori examining Nimako's hands since she was an Egg icon that had no arms or hands in the moment Mallori saw through her eyes. moments before the magic ends though, Mallori gets the sense of unease as Nimako says "I think I may have just made a mistake..." as the dice shaped amulet under her shirt exudes the disgruntlement of a 'god' scorned...

Immediately after, Mallori has a gift for Nimako! A hair clip, and a ring. Nimako is... caught off guard, flustered pink, before thinking. She's been in Mallori's mind before. Upon asking that this Ring probably doesn't mean what it could... She laughs under her breath, and puts it on her pointer finger, not her ring finger. However, she's still tickled a bit pink, heading off to jsut examine her new gifts while Mallori goes on a delivery mission.

Nadir sees her sitting with her legs dangling off the edge, looking happy, and Nimako carefully shows him ONLY the hair clip, saying simply she was touched that Mallori thought of her and gave her this. even if she figured there was a gift for everyone in that parcel, Nimako was touched! Then, indulging a bit of nadir lead espionage to see what everyone else got reminds her to... check on her journal.

After all, she may have just messed up. best try and find out how, right?

Later, they set off to feed teh dragonels, and Sentinel is there! Erei is eager to talk with with them. Sentinel is cautious, and had joined the random dragonels. He didn't want to fight his rider, so even ostracized, the wild dragonels are nicer then the army ones. as Erei gives sentinel scritches, most fly off suspicious, but a few are curious of this display.

Mallori and Nimako successfully give one scritches! It ends up pinning Mallori who had to stand under it to reach the chin. Glisterin is gushing over our success, and Nimako says it's likely only due to their trust in him first that let us reach that point.

Kay tries to make Soup! Drifter Does not Approve!

during the night, Deepcurrent decides to have a silenced conversation with her book? the book is baffled at the new 'friends' made, asking what happened... but the answer is war. the war that caught her, which explains many things to the book. it wants to know the plans, aside from aiding this ragtag group. (hoping someone else was able to keep up with the dialogue here better.)

Seeing the insane encampment at the city... Well, best we can do is try and get infor or insider knowledge. Nimako after a bit of discussion, sends "Jenny" a message.

"Do you know anything or are you at the City of Lost Names campsight? We're looking to get through..." Response "Not there, but one leader is Belephaion. If you get in, the soldiers there may know more."

Well, from there, Nimako, Mallori, and Kay do a perimeter check, just examinign the scene. Nimako disguised as a soldier, her ring still visible, Kay cloak up, mallori hair changed.

The canyon leads to the City of Lost Names.,

There, the army's leaders—the mage Lohezet and the priest Belephaion—seek an ancient weapon.,

They are accompanied by the terrifying knight Lord Soth and hundreds of other troops.,

The canyon to the city is blocked by a simple stone fortification—a remnant of a long-vanished people.,

The walls surrounding the ruined city are riddled with passages. One leads from the city to Wind's End, a landing point for Dragon Army dragonnels.

once regrouped, Nimako asks Erei to translate a message to Sentinel: he may be able to help. That quickly turns into finding out teh dragonel can understand common, so she jsut asks for permission to use erei's name so as to not. make it a lie of sorts.

"Calling for Erei, can you meet us near the big army camp up north? the city of lost names if that means anything to you." "they don't like me any more."

Nadir asks if we can use the army for a distraction, and has Nimako reach out to Cudgel.

"Found headquarters, need big distraction, location at giant spine, can you arrange something?" "Can Arrange.

and while waiting, time to check in on Caradoc.

"Have you gained anything to help or pass on? Any ideas or Plans for when we get close to a meet up?" "soth is here, dont fight him. there's a weapon, could be useful. good luck getting here, there's troops everywhere. probably hide. find me for more."

Kay is hunting for food for drifter! But, the soup drifter wants comes at a hard bargain: Tell something funny for some food! Kay ends up just throwing shade at Elymas failing without names. Specifically, when kay carried the injured becklin to induce forced conversation. it works, kay gets a sample for Drifter, and the recipe!

Maple goes for an explore and meets the talking cat! by being bapped by it! "Tasty?" "NO!" "Ah. Pigeon." "No! I'm not pigeon i have 6 limbs!" "Mm. More food." "No, i think i'm smaller then a pigeon... Pigeons don't have swords!" And it turns into a play fight. Maple tries to ride the cat, but they cannot control the cat. That's fine, they're having fun anyways.

Mallori goes for an explore before Nimako wakes! she disturbs one of the dwarves at the forge by poking him out his focus, and ruining his smithing. But, her being a traveller means she could maybe do a favor since she ruined his sword.

Part of his clan got sepperated- they're likely alive, but can't move due to the dragon army threat. they were last seen and heard from wormgut. Mallori wants to turn her pearls into jewelry!

Nimako has. a week. she wakes up ill, and lavender says she was on death's door. waiting much longer would be lethal, so they're going to have to go to Lillia Tonight

Maple finds Mallori! Mallori is having fun exploring doing nothing in particular. Maple is credulous regarding The Hole being interesting.

Kay is too concerned about the traps! Erei just wants to go!! Nimako Is too bleck to think right now. But, Erei does actually remember the way, so they begin to actually arrive at LIllia's. There, Lillia mentions her store of diamonds is now... depleted. Mallori does give her mushrooms and pearl to try and repay her!

next up: wormgut

erei and Mallori fall into a spikepit. slowly. bc Kay fastly slowfalls them. but! teh dwarves are safe! we can help clear out the draconians of the cave for them! maybe get diamonds? the worm things we were warned about do attack though. Seven of them, though Nimako convinces one to buzz off for it's own safety.

no others flee, however, so, they are eviscerated. While planning how to approach the draconians below, Nimako taps Kay to share what they see, sneaking ahead. Deepcurent surprises them with an iceball, and the fight begins... with Mallori jumping into the pit and EVISCERATING everything in her path. More of the worms come up too, but that's hardly an issue when the draconians are dead.

Nimako upon sliding down to the final level slips, and gets a flash of where this slip knocks her out... but Deepcurrent acts quickly, and she floats gently, though awkwardly, instead. no matter: she can still shoot from the ground before she gets up. once the space is cleared, with the help of some of the dwarves, we loot the entire cave. most importantly is some boots of levitation that kay gives Nimako, and an insane amount of money.

after some debate, and many lore drops, the group decides to head back to the elven camp to make a military report. once there, Alicia is immediately under reprimand for disppearing, and Kay, in disguise, asks about a 'Jentilda" using the ALias Jen. The topic they bring up is one the elder does not want to talk about. Erei brings up the fact we fixed a shadowfell portal. The elder is scrupulous, but says that that would be helpful if true.

While info digging,

'Jen' also gets us access to the portal! sorta. By pretending Nimako is a servant. Nimako after giving a look is quick to go along with it- they do need to check it out, after all.

Going through to the other side, Nimako sees what she and Mallori found. deciding to play a bit on expectations, she rips the druids head off and brings it over, saying she took care of it (technically true, even if it was with help prior). may as well bring it back all the way to tatina though!

"thing is i do want to help you in your objective, however, we cannot do it from here. I kind of need to reach the city of lost names... by myself." "you want to leave?" "I wouldn't leave if i could your company is quite pleasant but, i am trusted with in the dragon army and in my lords entourage, and if i say, reach that place, they would immediately let me in. I could be an insider for you..." Erei gets ahead about intel and espionage "I wouldn't be that type of insider. I'd be there for you to get there, and help you once you arrive. I imagine you'd cause quite a ruckus." "I don't think i'm keeping you captive or anything? But don't you need a body or something?" "Of course." hearing this, Kay want sto talk to caradoc hearin erei's side of the conversation., "what are you discussinon with Ereicross? what are you trying to do?" "we were making a plan. "what kind of plan?" "I am ready to help you, but the information to get is in the city of lost names to give you upon reaching it." "Do you promise? to not betray us and do as you say?" 'Of course." BINDING PLEDGE, YOU FOOL OF A GHOST. "Well, this is my most friendly goodbye before we see eachother again. I sincerely hope you'll reach the place before you see me again :)"

We turn in the iron and construct head and info to tatina, and tatina meets the new party members!

Cudgel is storming to us! "well met, it's been quite a while." "yeah sorry, we got caught up in a lot of side quests... Levin's taking over the MInotaurs!" E "So he's dead." "Noo!" "is he still aligned with Kalaman?" 'Yes." "then I don't care." "Is anyone open to being a ghost host?" "I said I could do it-" "I don't fully trust you to not take control of someone against their will." Erei "This scary dwarf maybe not be the person to ask-" Caradoc "She has soldiers! Under her so if one of her employees wants to-" "what are you talking about." "we have a spy to send. but he needs a host." "I don't want to take a chance being betrayed again." Cudgel "Any spare prisoners?" Erei "well we have found someone we've interrogated that had been accompanied by some draconians that exploded upon being taken out..." Cudgel

We finally make it to hearts hollow after fighting the clay golemn and saving glistern from spiders... and erei is super eager to imake proper introductions to Nezra, for, reasons. Erei wastes no time saying that we have something for her, the orb of dragon kind shard!

Alicia wants us to move forward into the cave while she talks to Levin, but they linger by the entrance.

"Do you know how Silvanesti fell?" Alicia starts with. "I got the brief?" "It was not because of the dragon army." surprised levin. "The Nobles, tried to fight off the army, we suggested using an orb of dragon kind to the leader." Seeing levin confused, She adds, "It's an artifact of unspeakable power. the speaker of the stars used it to make a desolate land a nightmares. it wasn't used well." there's a strange glint in her eye. "that's such incredible power, isn't it?" Levin doesn't really have an answer. "It destroyed EVERYTHING." "yeah." "If someone who knew how to control it got a hold of it, it'd be a great tool against the armies. (confession of being the traitor in part) but in exchange i got a fragment of the orb od dragon kind, if i could get that power, i could do immense damage." Levin is pondering. "You're doing your best, but lets not do that again." "I didn't tell them anything abotu the group, just about the fortress!" Pat pat. "It's ok, you did your best, you're alright. LIsten to me- listen to me." idiot sandwich time! "Listen to me, let's be real, you're the only one here who knows how to magic, which means you're the only one here able control this thing to any degree. Because lets be honest, i don't know what's going on with me. So, I need you to promise that you are going to THINK THROUGH whatever you choose to do. I'm just saying the speaker of the stars thought he knew what he was doing, but think about it from every angle you can get at. ok?" "I will try my best." "Good. You're doing you best, please don't leak more information, but i know you did it because you thought it was right." and hug time.

Levin is hiding the panic he's having about the fact the army has Elymas, who likely can use the orb...

Maple was overhearing. As such, Erei knows and is frustrated that Alicia did any of this! what if she got tricked! what if she didn't do as well at holding onto the important stuff as thought?

once inside, and having crossed the river, a voice talks about how pointless it is to save people, and battle begins.

"We tried out best, and still failed." "You may have failed, be that doesn't mean we will." Nimako shoots back, inspiring Alicia with her words.

"We only made foolish decisions, so the enemy defeated us." that gets Levin to glance at Alicia, seeing if they share the same thought. all Alicia doe sis gesture like. 'murder? murder.' They're creeped out a bit though.

"They enemy thought it could conquer us; we died because of ourselves." Then, it slams into kay with it's entire being. Mallori dodged.

In the fog, Becklin notices a stranger, calling out for indentification. she gets none, as instead they just fire some scorching bolts right past Nimako and Alicia's ears, to strike the beast.

"We are our own worst enemy," it says as Nimako spears it's brain and locks onto it's location.

Once the battle is over, while Alicia fiends over the shard that Kayand Erei and Drifter got to first, Nimako... eyeballs the newcomer, who had shot the beast. a redrobe, and once everyone else joins she asks about the bolt being right past the ear, but well, the startle is forgiven. they were helping, after all.

However, when it's clear this was one of those seaelves she met at wakenroth that the others had saved, she is shocked, and steps back a bit, processing. that's not anyone she'd ever seen once. Not really.

While Erei keeps talking with the newcomer, Kay subtly pulls Nimako away.

Erei learns that Eirma is struggling with Bakaris Sr. and asks Nimako to try and reach Jr. She cannot.

"where are you, your father is causing problems in your name, we may be able to help get you home, assuming this reaches someone Alive. " Sending fails.

Levin wants to examine the shard! She trusts Levin, and warns it's containing an evil dragon, and... unintentionally tries to attune anyways. which causes a whole reaction, Levin is "black dragon BAD NEWS" and befor ethey head out, Nimak assk since it didn't react to her, (both unaware to the accidental attunement) if it was safer in her hands... which yeah, he agrees.

She stashes it someplace on her before exitting the cave with teh rest, but as soon as outside Drifter is on her! perched on her shoulder just. being cuddly. totally not after anything at all.

Then, Sargonnas champion of the minotaurs arrives! Levin steps forward immediately with the acceptance of the duel.

"Levin?" Erei is concern! "So I'm serving a god because i'm a paladin," Becklin don't blow my cover- "And this is a trial for my god that will get us a whole naval fleet for the war! I'd have to command it and leave you guys to do things yourself... but you can handle it. Someone has to command them." "And they're letting you do that because of the same god? they mentioned the duel, that seems serious" "It's a combat based society, so the duel is customary..." "So you knew about this duel thing since when?" "Just a few days ago, it's a bit of a sudden thing" "and you were going to bring it up when?" "when it came up, it's like, a quick duel!" "A quick duel with a seven foot tall thing- and then you leave to command boats?" "Is it any more crazy then fighting a dragon?" "It's a duel! you're going to fight alone!" "The height's not important, they're honorable i'm sure..."

While everyone is questioning what's going on, Nimako is just... sure this is right, in some way.

Levin tries to get Alicia to really show caution regarding the shard, goign in depth, but in the night, with Nimako feeling Alicia trying to rob her, it seemed ineffective.

Erei says some pouty goodbyes and gives him their protection cloak to help in the fight.

Nimako... pokes for answers without giving anything that would actually help away. Levin shares his god switch and mark with her, but no more then that. nothing of use, at least.

The battle goes swiftly for Levin, the size meaning nothing, with words of encouragement from his friends, and heckles for the minotaur. Levin, Slayer of Foes, is now leader of the Minotaurs.

More dnd art since we were joking about how Elymas' birthday was probably coming up in universe and he wouldnt want a party, but the rest of the party sure would.

This piece was also me experimenting with 4-5 head proportion style which i quite liked, i need to do more in this style

Another player mentioned how with all the times my other dnd character Levin was getting hit with magic messages (mostly sending, a message here and there and occasionally the god he serves) it was like cell phone notifications, so i had to. Poor boy is sick of it.

On our adventures, Elymas met a lil guy named Nadir who wanted to help. Elymas did not like this. Elymas thinks he's useless.

For Part 2 it's over a year later and Nadir has become a knight! And he's part of a rescue mission to get Elymas! Elymas thinks he's useless.

After a bit of confrontation with Erei, Nimako, and Kay, Nimako gets cut and burnt, and erei gets shot down from helpign Nimako when she can move just fine, thank you. she's tired, exasperated, and can do things on her own no matter what you think, Erei!

As left alone, Caradoc tries to weasel his way into erei's brain more. Like, your friends are weird, why won't she take help! Erei tries to get Alicia to heal her, Nimako's just "IT'S BARELY A CUT" and Alicia's not going to argue. When brought up to levin though, without asking, Leving heals it up some- just enough for the burn, not the cut. Nimako is still exasperated. she's being a grump beside Mallori.

Nimako finds out she is: Parasited! And says something weird about babies not being allowed that Levin picks up on as That's Weird.

They split. Roan and cohead to hearts hollow. Nadir and the sea elves are heading back to the temple of Habbakuk. the rest start heading for dread cove, encountering what looks like Lohezet's work with massive poison damage. upon making camp in the night, Nimako in habit and exhaustion just assumes shared tent with Mallori as they had while traveling alone, and once it's set, collapses, not even caring. Mallori sets drifter next to Nimako who ends up holding the dragon lik ea plushy in her sleep.

Mallori gets Erei's attention, and wants to talk to Caradoc!!

"So, did you think about my offer?" "Yeah, I've had lots of time to think about it, and well, what do you know! It seems a lot more amendable to agree to it! but is there a favor now that i had to ask about it?" "No i like to keep my options open." "Some things changed slightly, so i'm more open to this kind of offer." "So you accept?" (WHAT KIND OF OFFER) [Don't worry your little head about it] (What is it though?) [it's nothing dangerous. She wants to contact her dead friends so she's enlisted my help.] (ok have fun) "Sure!" "So you want me to contact your dead friends for a favor." "Yes." "Of course. It'll be suspicious to them if i do anything, but once I find a body of someone not part of the group, I'd have more freedom of movement. Just food for thought." "ok. yes. Have a good night."

In the night, Becklin takes first watch. She feels eyes, and is alert- and calls out directly. "WE'RE UNDER ATTACK." Kay is not starteld thanks to their alarm, and the goblins are after the secluded Kay. Nimako is the first out of a tent, despite her absolute exhaustion. seeing nothing int eh darkness eh brightens the fire, and seeing Kay sort of surrounded, seh calls out a word of ecnouragement. (bardic inspiration.)

erei shoots blindly to the enemies, eldritch blast missing because he can't see his target. They attack Kay as a group, with mixed results. Erei gets shot with an Arrow.

Mallori jumps out in all her speed, and arm slaps the first goblin she can reach. immediately eviscerating it's life into nothing.

Levin, hearing the leader call out to "not be afraid" mocks it with his frightening presence, terrifying a few.

"You! It's your fault i got demoted!" This is a revenge task by Zirrok! Uh oh!! what does this mean for the also failed recently Jenny?

Nimako, tired, partially joins the retreated kay nearish the fire, shouting some healing words while shooting miserably at a couple of goblins, hitting nothing.

Zirrok Commands for the goblins to kill Levin! but,, Becklin is closer and more pressing to them.

Levin, taking advantage of the terror he's inflicted goes straight to the leader and problem! Zirrok is shaking in the aura, as Levin knocks him down with his trident, who can't stand in his terror, before being literally smote. "YOU DARE TO SNEAK ATTACK MY FAMILY WHILE WE'RE SLEEPING, YOU COWARDLY (LIGHTNING STRIKE CENSOR)"

Mallori in the fight, feels an uncontrolled rage within her. She's attacking everything around her, without seeing who it is, whether friend or foe...

Zirrok starts pleading for mercy and his life! willing to sell out anything! he calls back the men, and half of our party (erei and Nimako) give them an actual opportunity to flee. Kay keeps fighting. Mallori is berserk... but they escape that. they collect their own fallen comrade.

So, Mallori's blind rage turns to Nimako. who calls out confused and concerned. Levin forces her to stand down with hold person, Becklin restrains her, and Nimako tries to find out what's going on with a detect thoughts. Mallori's surface rage is echoed by whispers other then her own voice, and when Nimako can't pry deeper...

It gets strangely quiet when you try to push deeper. There is a vast emptiness where Mallori’s thoughts and feelings should be and for a moment, you swim inside the void. Strange, shapeless arms wrap around your neck, dragging at you. And with that, you find yourself pushed back out by force.

She is unable. Erei comes in with calm emotions, which breaks Mallori's rage at least.

Levin gets the most minor of information from Zirrok, before killing him to... erei's discomfort. then, checks on Kay, holding them to try and heal them, which doesn't really work, before giving her space. ANd Kay immediately bolts once released. that was TERRIFYING-

but, soon after, kay breaks the paranoia curse! and immediately apologizes to Levin very sheepishly. Levin examines the map Zirrok gave, that is tracking someone from the hearts hollow group. on top of that, Kay just told levin that they might be tracked...

Alicia arrives while Levin is kind of still wondering about the portal thing in wakenroth... so noone gets to hear him reccomend lillia and tell alicia that the npcs could use a hand getting to hearts hollow safely.

Nadir and ALicia go to check on the group in the tower.

with them gone, the dragon army approaches. A human woman with teh symbol of takhisis, and a Draconian, who checks a notebook, but starts to tweak seeing Levin.

"I am here as a priest ot takhisis to represent her will. we wish for you to surrender peacefully, and no harm will come to you and your people. nevertheless, we will need to take control of the tower, it's magic is unstable." "I'm sorry but we can't give the tower up. we hav epeople inside and we won't be leaving until they come out." "we can rescue them." "we've already sent a rescue party in." "well then, not much else can be done, can it?" "At the moment, we wait."

So she steps back, btu the draconian does not. before anythign else can occurr, Levin enhances his presence, striking them with fear. the conquering presence strikes her hard, whereas the draconian holds ground. Fiends begin to appear, slowing levin down, but he's not fooled or frightened by this apparition. another Draconian comes form behind a boulder, ambushing Becklin. She's able to avoid it, but another follows up before she can prepare.

She gets closer to Levin, falling into position for the fight. He preps her to avoid any potentially poisoned blades, and they face the growing enemy count.

A crushing victory for us, and it's time to let the civvies know all is well.

so, we cut back to THE SHADOWFELL, and start learnign some wakenroth lore. the wraiths are an attempt to protect the dead gone wrong. as this igoes on though, drifter the faerie dragon, Kay, and Nadir *(who had just burst through the portal) get hit hard by the shadowfell. Kay is paranoid, Drifter, apathetic, and Nadir, sluggish.

As we beging to learn how to fix the portal problems, something fleshy and sinoughy approaches, and attacks. It saw Mallori, and as such ensnares her first. Immediately Nimako commands it to release her, to drop it, but it has no response. next, words of encouragement to mallori, worried for her.

Nimako is having a moment where everything seems normal and real again. She's not thinking, not taking stock of the situation, or what she's learned in battles prior. She's staring at Mallori, the person who she's come focus on to maintain herself, in that predicament, and she sees the pones, the jagged edges, the restricting space, the way the kender struggles. She barely thinks, if she thinks at all, and just rushes forward, her magic imbued into her quarterstaff, and strikes the beast. Her strike's might showcases the desperation in the action, and she does considerable damage considering her might. (Nat 20, 16 total damage).

Kay, who'd skirted around her to approach the thing from behind without getting near anyways, flinches seeing Nimako rush forward, paranoid of all their allies. In response, it hits her with great prejudice, catching flame upon doing so, and tosses nimako off the tower... who is knocked out on impact. (total damage: 63. ending health. -20)

The fight carries on, as Maple tries to get a health potion to Nimako. the fog comes in, whispering the fear and terror and regret of the monster reaching and getting them, their death cries. the spirits freeze Kay and Nadir in place, unable to escape the terror.

Mallori manages to finish her captor off, and evade it's falling corpse, before throwing hands with the fog tormenting Kay. Kay is still unable to respond, frozen, as Erei goes to pick up Kay, and throw her throughthe portal.

Maple successfully heals the Nimako. She awakes with a gasp, to a floating bottle in her mouth, as the sprite is invisible.

Erei, hitting the mist of spirits, responds when it cries out in pain. "If it hurts, stop attacking us." and then, Nimako's voice joins the mist, just a moment, with a cry for Mallori, before her voice fizzles, potentially in time with her waking up below...

Seeing Kay launched through, Alicia comes in screaming at everyone to get out before they get mad. Erei argues Nimako fell, and he's fine dodging the mist. Meanwhile, Mallori rushes to the edge, extending a magehang to Nimako, calling out with some of the same gusto of rescue. Maple helpfully suggests carrying an end up for Nimako, who has tied part of it around her waist. ignoring the snark, Nimako accepts the offer, but... before that does any good, she has to start climbing on her own completely first. once in range, Mallori will be able to help support the rest of the climb.

As soon as over, Nimako just hugs Mallori in a full embrace, and Mallori, in her viscera and many arms. they go through, and the spirit tells Nimako how to cut off the shadowfell. Nimako succeeds in doing so, but passes out in the outcry from the spirits on the other side, requiring healing from Alicia.

Erei hugs her and she does not resist. and then it's clearly weird the time dilation, and Nimako has a thought, visible on her face, and realizes she shouldn't voice it. As they descend, Kay keeping paranoid distance, She sits along the wall in teh same room, as Kay practices, minding herself. Best to not leave someone alone in that sort of mind.

My DND Tabaxi Rogue, Mittens! the cloak is a cloak of many fashions, she likes the rich royal nature of purple, btu doesn't want anythign flashy on teh day to day... her pants can easily unbutton when doing acrobatic stuff, as the flexible cat she is, seh doesn't like to be restricted.

the red markings are artificial, and what she had to do to get the tattoos that are common of the Manuka Goblin Tribe she was raised in.

Meeting a unicorn and finding out my mentor has been tracking me this whoooole time

Kay gets a Find Familiar spell scroll, while Erei and Levin tell someone who's excited about Kenna's rescue and teh details. Hearing the story of the adventure, he's asking what he can do, but in the meantime They're still looking for a place to forge their weapons. At the fort, they at least have some.

while there, Erei encounters someone who Caradoc had shopped by... and is pretending to know who this is and how they met.

there's some pushback from the forge owner, a dwarf, as a forge is a personal thing... and well, while levin knows better then to ask that, erei does not! A bit of mannersing and explaining erei doesn't get it, Levin is given permission to use the forge! under supervision. So, starting with his own Trident, Levin proves himself, and then form there goes straight to the catacombs dragon lance... that's a no go, as far as Forging to fix would go.

Kay meanwhile, is unable to summon their familiar... and decides to wander the tunnels instead.

Erei gets to have a full on dragon info dump special interest moment. Becklin just watches dutifullly.

The hollow crew head out with the seaelves, trying to get them home... and get interrupted by a sudo-dragon. Lil lizard has perched on Kay.

Al... stumbles through a chat with Mallori. It's something, maybe?

They have been reunited at the grave tower! Al's enroute, but they don't want to linger too long because Draconians have definitely noticed their location.

AT TOWER WAKENROTH Wraiths are destroyed, spirits freed, and portal TRESPASSED- Erei going through intentionally, an dragging Nimako and Mallori with him. Kay chasing after while Levin just finds out-

Upon reaching Lillia's, She's ecstatic to see Levin and Becklin. it comes out that the entire group is not with, and Levin blunders through a lie sayign the enemy divided them, and they weren't here by an choice or anything... she'll talk to him later.

However! the tadpoles are a quick fix with how small they were! She notices Kay's earring, and wants to talk about it... Luvianna has been tracking them, and she wants to make sure they know and it's ok.

anyways! This is not sacred land bc the Darkened Woods governed by the Unicorn has a tree here so that even if the woods is under attack, it can be preserved and kept safe.

Anyways. Levin's time to talk with Lillia now. she starts simple, he's changed a lot, but he says Kalaman treats him well. and the stress of Caring for Erei shows up... and she draws a direct parallel to him and Erei when younger. Then, as she brings up examples and Levin mentions how Elymas is still annoyed by that... and then remembers. Elymas. and now spills that Elymas joined the enemy. and soon, Levin starts just flubbing and stumbling over all of his stresses recently. just. a cry for help.

Anyways. His magic is different. He's got a weird Aura. So, he admits to being under a new oath! to Sargonnas! Her face just... sort of buffers.

"Well, you do know who this god is, right...?" "Roughly?" "Well! Even though I'm sure your'e aware of who you made yoru pact wtih, I'm going to tell you a little something, I've taken my time to study the gods. he wasn't known to be a compassionate god, he's someone, i wouldn't have seen you aligned with. A lot of ah, mindless killing." Levin looks away. "What do you have to tell me, Levin?" "Remember how I said the party split?" "Yes" "I may have headed up an attack on the army camp for vengeance?" "Vengeance?" dissapointment in the voice. he can't look. "Well, Levin, I can't say I agree with your choice, but it is your choice, and even though I'm not happy about it..." "they killed erei" said in teh most wet puppy way possible and he gestures to the Erei neck scar. "I can see why that made you angry. I just- I trust your integrity, Levin, and you're a smart guy." Levin is not making eye contact. "So I know I can place my TRUST," leering gaze from the small on. she's using her staff to make him stare at her. "I'm putting my trust in you, that even though you made an oath with an evil deity, that it won't go to your head and you'll use it to good! I better not hear about Levin the Warmonger!" "I'm just tryign to end this one!" "Good! If I hear anything like that, I'm coming for you!" bonk. "Is that Clear, Levin? "Yes ma'am." "Very good! Now we can go back to your friends and laugh about this later!!"

During this, Erei pokes a carnivorous plant. it bites. he is not hurt.

Lillia can ask the Unicorn about the shield!! Who wants to talk to a Unicorn? Erei wants to talk to a Unicorn! Kay's not toooo interested. Levin is worried because apparently his god is evil does that mean it'll see him as evil too? Anyways! Unicorn starts walking out of the Dark Forest Tree! the Unicorn is partially wooden, but it's a spectral form, not the full Unicorn.

Lillia and Erei have a great heart to heart about fond memories of Levin! for he is the bestest boy!!
