So the Phantom Queen wants me to get my shit together, and you don't brush off the Phantom Queen...
I have felt a pulling from The Morrigan lately, a strong calling. As a witch who has been at it for some number of years, there are times when I naturally feel a little less magick in my life, or a quieter magick maybe. IT sometimes becomes a background hum, instead of right at the forefront. This is the strongest pull I have felt in years.
I am looking forward to setting up my altar room in my house, we moved in 6 months ago, and the room was set up with most of my things, but something just wasn't complete. I am moving some furniture around in the house this weekend, and my gorgeous, chunky antique coffee table will now serve as my altar. I am really exited about it!
This pulling I have been feeling is more than just "Hey, set up your damn altar already!", it is more of a constant pressure from different aspects of The Morrigan to get myself moving on some projects and goals. To get organized, to get back into some routines. I feel like she is pushing me to do things like: go back to the gym, finish my book, really really get back into honoring the sabbats and esbats. I do always honor the moons, and holy days, but sometimes life gets in the way, and I feel like I should set more time aside for more than a single candle and a prayer.
So, the Phantom Queen wants me to get my shit together, and you don't brush off the Phantom Queen.
Some things I will focusing on, Anu's orders: Honoring the Wheel of the Year with more focus, spending more time in my gardens, getting to know my land spirits, and faery studies. Badb's orders: my physical health and fitness, standing up for myself, working to be a better leader. Macha's orders: Taking time to mediate more regularly, looking further into my family line and possible fae heritage, working on my relationships with my parents
.New Year, and I feel She is letting me know it will be a big one.
