+ Get a farmers almanac and plant according to the moon phases and astrological signs.
Moonrise occurring in the evening brings fair weather, says one proverb, harking back to the belief that the waning Moon (full and last quarter, which rise in the evening) is dry.
The New Moon and first quarter, or waxing phases, are considered fertile and wet.
The new and first-quarter phases, known as the light of the Moon, are considered good for planting above-ground crops, putting down sod, grafting trees, and transplanting.
From full Moon through the last quarter, or the dark of the Moon, is the best time for killing weeds, thinning, pruning, mowing, cutting timber, and planting below-ground crops.
The time just before the full Moon is considered particularly wet, and is best for planting during drought conditions.

+ Sex magic for fertility
Make love in the garden on the full moon or during a spring or summer quarter or cross quarter holiday
Create fertilizer from healthy sexual or menstrual fluids mixed with water. (only good for plants that need fertilized and not on seeds or baby plants)
Use symbolic sex magic like plunging a wand gently into a cauldron of soil or fertilizer to manifest virile and fertile planting.
Along the same vein, dances like the Maypole dance, Hobby Horse and Morris dancing are also good for manifesting fecundity.
+Create a fairy garden at the bottom of the garden:
Plant wildflowers, mushrooms and herbs that attract fairies, bees, and put gazing balls and fairy lanterns out there for the fairies. Let that part of the garden grow wild and weedy. Leave offerings for the fairies there too :) The well known wisewoman of Clare, Biddy Early spent much of her childhood at the bottom of the garden talking to the fairies. Maybe if you do likewise you will grow up to be as great a witch as her.
