3D Models
Shark model improved. Hair is has better volume, body shape was changed a bit too to look more natural. Added the robot arm. Model is 95% finished, I still want to improve on the robot arm and the shoes. Doing the UV map and textures are also pending.
Robot Police model complete. UV map and texture done as well. Only some extra modeling and textures for the weapons. Need to thing on a cool design.
Render Test
Arnold Aitoon
Testing how light affect shadow position on the mesh. I need to investigate about normals to get better results for the shadows
Trying to make the rim light work.
Testing the eyes positions. They are disk inside the eye socket. I am worried the pupils positions will look weird
Struggling with displacement map for muscle definition.
Testing color for a metallic look
Render test with textures.

A new journey begins
Welcome everyone! New year new project!
This blog will be focused in the development of my 3rd Year Short Film “Primary Objective” A 3d Animation short about robot fighting! Why are they fighting? I am still trying to figure that out ha ha.
Any way, every Tuesday I will be posting about the progress of the film from the story changes to small details on the model and look of the film, concept art and animation tests. Everything that I can accumulate in a week of work.
So if you are interested in following a 3 year 3d animation student trying to make a film feel free to follow!
Comment and critiques are encouraged.
