patriicidal:
❛ Easy there, dragon lady. I’m just admiring. last time I checked, that wasn’t a crime. ❜
The timely approach of this woman, who’s very presence weighed down on him like that of a GODDESS was unexpected. Reflex led Kassim to retort to her words with his own; crude and thoughtless. They were hardly what one would consider wise when facing down a WARRIOR of such high caliber.
However, the young man’s personality gave no room for apologetic whimpers. No room for groveling when faced with hindsight at to whom he was speaking. No room to back down from the unspoken challenge offered by the warrior queen. ❛ I’m just passing through. Not that it’s any of your business. Just thought I’d stop in, check out Reim’s pride and joy. ❜

Distaste laced itself across her face, pierced lip arching up in the middle in a deepened frown. She was of similar height to him, which was hardly a threat when she was so used to the towering Fanalis men.
“It is my business. It’s my camp.” She said, posture loose yet controlled. “Does a lion allow a hyena to wander where it’s family sleeps?”
She took a few steps closer, a flair of dark red hair and sharp eyes, only an arm span between them. Though she was fearless, as was the dusky man before her, watching her with lazy eyes that seemed only mildly interested. It made her temper burn, but she stamped the flames out with a metaphorical foot.
“If you’re passing through— pass now.”
