Demacia: Now and Forever...
“I’m actually open to suggestions about that…if you know anywhere in particular that would be interesting?” Jarvan smiled. “Even i haven’t seen all of Demacia.”
Lux paused, thinking, then frowned in thought. “Well, normally I don’t have much time to explore anything in particular…” she replied slowly. When I have free time, I just like to see where my feet take me. There is so much going on in Demacia, so there’s always something new to discover.”
"Then let our feet take us, Lady of Luminosity." Jarvan started to walk.Â
Demacia: Now and Forever...
He held out his hand, offering her the option of taking his hand. “Let us go.” He smiled.
Lux took his hand, smiling, and let him lead her outthe door. Once outside, she turned to him, letting go of his hand. “Where to, Your Highness?”
"I'm actually open to suggestions about that...if you know anywhere in particular that would be interesting?" Jarvan smiled. "Even i haven't seen all of Demacia."
Demacia: Now and Forever...
Jarvan nodded enthusiastically. “I agree completely.” He confirmed. “Shall we take a walk?” He looked at the door, then back at Lux curiously.Â
Lux finished her food and rose. “Yes. Let’s,” she said, smiling. Pausing to pay the waiter, she made her way to the door.
He held out his hand, offering her the option of taking his hand. "Let us go." He smiled.

Shyvana bared her fangs, and a puff of smoke came out of her nose. Â She inhaled, her throat growing hot. She stood her ground and opened her mouth letting the fireball leave and fly towards the Prince.
He threw his body weight to the right, twisting so that the fireball barely grazed his back, his armor took most of the damage. One knee went to the ground, and with something to push off, he jumped back up, spinning his lance around with him.Â
She growled, it was taking all of her self-control to not turn into her dragon form right there. Her pupils going from their normal round shape to a reptilian slit. Bringing her dragon skull covered fist up, she lunged at him.
Extending arm, he thrust the lance directly in her path as she hurtled towards him. Hitting this would surely rend her handicapped, if only for a minute or so.Â
In the split second of her lunging towards him, she was engulfed in flames. Â Skin turned into scales. She roared, her great maw coming into contact with his lance.
He fell backwards, rolling out of the way before the rest of the dragon fell upon him. He had pulled his lance away just in time before her enormous jaws closed in on it. As quickly as he could, he jabbed, aiming for her soft underbelly.Â
Demacia: Now and Forever...
“TRUE TO DEMACIA INDEED!” His voice echoed through the eating area as he clinked his glass against her own…an echo of “aye’s” and “here here’s” came from enthusiastic drunk patriots at the bar.
“It is grand that we have to ability to reflect so well on our great city-state.” Jarvan spoke with conviction.Â
“I do hope that no one in the castle is looking for me this evening.” He smiled childishly.Â
Lux giggled at his words, and the grin on his face. It had been a long time since she’d seen such boyish glee on the prince’s face. “Likewise, I hope that Garen has noticed I’m gone,” she agreed. “But there are times for duty, and there are times to relax for oneself, and I say that this is the latter.”
Jarvan nodded enthusiastically. "I agree completely." He confirmed. "Shall we take a walk?" He looked at the door, then back at Lux curiously.Â
Demacia: Now and Forever...
“Spoken like a true Demacian.” Jarvan noted. He finished his food and enjoyed the comforts that came with not being recognized by his peers. An unnoticed Prince has no duties, after all. “The League can be very taxing on ones time, but it is something we must do.” He smiled encouragingly. “It looks like things are starting to quiet down a little outside.” Jarvan was looking out of the shops front window.Â
Lux nodded, accepting the compliment silently. She paused and smiled, lifting her glass. “To being true to Demacia,” she said quietly.
“Yes,” said Lux in response to his comment about the League. “We have our duties to represent Demacia on and off the Fields of Justice.” She followed Jarvan’s gaze outside, observing the dying festivities.

He launched himself at her, bringing his lance down, point first at her shoulder “Guard yourself!” He yelled.

Jarvan smiled. “He cares about you very much, be sure of that.”Â
Jarvan continued to eat his dinner.Â
“Does the military keep you pretty busy these days?” He questioned.
“It wouldn’t kill him to show it more often,” Lux joked, taking a mouthful of food. She paused to swallow before considering his next question. “Quite a little, but not as much, considering my duties to the League of Legends nowadays,” she replied. “I suppose that the military don’t ask as much of me anymore, though as a Demacian I still owe my duties to them.”

“Oh, I was not aware anyone was allowed to use them but that does not surprise me.” She ran her hand through her hair while walking behind him.
Coming out on to the courtyard, Jarvan’s armor shone. He walked out to the middle of the field and turned to face his guard captain. “Shall we?” He challenged.Â

“I know not where he has been sent, but i can certainly figure out for you.” Jarvan knew where to find these sorts of records, he used to explore the castle incessantly as a child. “I worried about him a lot while i was gone.”
He chewed his steak, enjoying the flavor. “This is really good,” he mumbled inbetween bites.
“That would be much appreciated,” Lux sighed, shaking her head. “One day I am going to kill myself with worry about him, I swear,” she exclaimed. “Sometimes I think he’s just too…well, he’s too war-minded to think about things…like letting his sister know when he’s to be away for certain long periods of time.” She paused at his words, and smilde. “Yes, Garen said the same about the steak.”
Jarvan smiled. "He cares about you very much, be sure of that."Â
Jarvan continued to eat his dinner.Â

Demacia: Now and Forever...
“The steak it is,” he said to the waitress. “I haven’t seen Garen since my homecoming. I sure would like to. Do you see him often?” Jarvan spoke quietly.
Lux frowned. “Actually, I wanted to ask about that. I haven’t seen him in weeks - I thought he’d been sent on another one of his missions. I wanted to ask if you knew anything about it.” She shook her head. “I love my brother but he always forgets to let me know where he’s going. It makes me worry unnecessarily. I know he can protect himself but…he’s my brother, and he can be a real idiot sometimes,” she sighed.

“That DEMACIA has fair lady, for anyone in the castle is welcome to them.” He showed her the way, smiling at her laughter.

“You wish to spar with a half-dragon?” She smirked.  ”Are you sure you’re up for it, my Prince?” She laughed while adjusting her Ironscale armor.  ”Are you not afraid of being face to face with a dragon if that were to happen?”
“You say that as if you have forgotten. You and have a fought dragons. Like it or not, your kind does not scare me.” Jarvan came back, a smirk flitting across his mouth momentarily. “Besides, i thought you could use the practice.” He teased.
“Did you forget that I am stronger than them?” She chuckled,  ”But if you wish to spar I will not turn it down, I am always up for a good practice fight.” She got into a ready stance and gave him a toothy grin.
Jarvan laughed. “You are too ready. We will not practice in the castle.” He donned his helmet and grabbed his lance, walking…expecting the  half-dragon to follow. “We have training grounds for this.”Â
She blinked and laughed a little.  ”I am always ready, my Prince.” The half-ling then nodded and followed behind him.  ”My apologies, I forgot about the training grounds you have.”

Jarvan was relatively surprised that himself and the noble girl had not been discovered yet. No one seemed to be paying attention thanks to the festivities outside. “Thanks for spending the evening with me,” he said, remembering his manners. “What should we eat?”
“You’re most welcome, and I must thank you for the same,” Lux replied, smiling. She put down the menu and ordered some chicken from the waitress who’d stopped at the table to collect their orders. “They do a very nice steak - Garen and I have been here before,” she added.
"The steak it is," he said to the waitress. "I haven't seen Garen since my homecoming. I sure would like to. Do you see him often?" Jarvan spoke quietly.

“I was hoping to get some sparring in, if you didn’t mind. It hard to find a worthy opponent these days.” Jarvan smiled, his armor case was open behind him. He always practiced in fun armor, so that he would not be slowed down on the fields of justice.Â
