so. this is embarrassing. but i have specifically 3dn0$, so i also have a binging problem. this january, everything changes.

guys... i cant stop binging. this is the worst i have in awhile. yesterday i was on track but then my mom ate some chocolate and it made me crave it so i just ate so much chocolate...

what really makes me not want to binge is looking at videos and pictures of myself but i don't know if i would remember to check. i'm praying to god that i can build a habit in myself of what i do before i eat.

goals to do for myself:

1. read hunger scale, where are you? is your brain telling you you're hungry because of trigger foods?

2. look at your body checks. remind yourself to not eat

3. reassure yourself that when you hit your ugw, you can eat whatever you want. (i know it's not super realistic to want to eat that at that weight but shhhh, it's just for reassurance)

4. work out more. so if i do go over calorie goal, it should hopefully cancel out if i've burned enough calories

i feel like im not only failing myself, but everyone on here too. i feel like a poser. (although i did disclose that i have EDNOS..) i don't know, i feel like an awful person posting about how much i hate my body and want to be skinnier and stuff when i'm still overweight and now i'm binging... i'm trying to stop. but this time of the year is hard for me, and my therapist is being no help (i don't like her very much anyways), and my mom keeps buying me chocolate and i try to resist but when i was a little kid, my mom didn't know how to comfort me, so she gave me food. mostly chocolate. i feel like im at such a loss.

the things i put on the eggs and sausage links is this hot sauce in the taco bell brand that came in a glass bottle (0 cals), black pepper, and chili powder. it was REALLY good.

i tried the liquid fast yesterday, but since i've been binging so much (especially around christmas), i need to just do restricting before i can make it to the fast. so i'm eating ~600 today, but if i can do less, i will do less.

tomorrow i'll do like 500 - 450

day after is the OFFICIAL liquid fast, because i want to start the new year with an empty stomach for a sign of weight loss for the year to come.

i'm doing a liquid fast today. and either the same tomorrow or low res. i'm already going to be doing a lot of resting these next few days because :

a. i'm still sick

b. i need to start taking my medications again since i went cold turkey like 3 weeks ago (one of which is an anti-psychotic which is making me hallucinate like crazy.)

c. my parents are home so i don't have to stay downstairs with the dog and do everything by myself.

we got a new keureg (idk how to spell it) machine and it teaches you how to make special coffee drinks. yesterday it taught me how to make a iced caramel latte with milk foam. going to learn the calories of the drinks this morning and go from there. wish me luck in undoing my damage from binging.

i would've been okay if it wasn't for the trauma around christmas. i reverted back to the coping skill my mom taught me ever since i was VERY little. eat.

i hate that christmas is for candy.. i've been binging terribly. especially since i have some trauma around Christmas and chocolate is my comfort food.... i'm too scared to weigh myself. i'm such an embarrassment.... i hate myself. so much.

Immediate tips for sick feeling post binge/meal !

In this order:

1. Stretch

2. Clean something (the movement and task will help your mind and body)

3. Go to the bathroom (try not to purge or use laxatives but this is up to your discretion)

4. Go for a walk

5. Self-care

6. Meditation

7. Sleep or another relaxing activity

8. - If it was a simple overeating then I usually fast 12 hours and eat a little less (I naturally don’t feel hungry after overeating, if you do eat fiberous foods)

- if it was a binge then go look at my binge recovery post!

- eat more the first 2-3 days following your binge and slowly decrease it -Eat the foods you binged on in smaller portions - Address thing

this is a safe space for me. a place to find others who think like me and can help me through my tough times. i almost k*113d myself yesterday because of my 3d.

on the same hand though, TUMBLR didn't give me an 3d. you know who else didn't? tw1tt3r. you don't just read a blog and boom! magically you're disordered. no. there has to be a history of disordered behavior. and even then, it's about h4rm-reduction. i want people to recover. which is why if i make you uncomfortable, block me. don't report me.

if you want to ban people who are ACTUALLY harmful, ban the people who post and talk about n0n-c0n. (🍇) there are so many of them and they cause my flashbacks. it's okay to be into that, but don't glamorize it. especially not on easy access social media.

i'm pinning this. think long and hard before reporting. it's all about harm-reduction. not pr0-harm.
