I’ve been suffering from tremors and seizures for as long as I can remember. I’m trying to raise 17,500$ for a non invasive brain surgery. As I understand DBS is a neurostimulation device — like a heart pacemaker — to deliver electrical pulses to a very precise location in my brain circuits that influence symptoms. I love my hands and am losing motor control. My relaxation is painting and most days I’m finding it nearly impossible to create. How I show love for writing is also through my hands. The other day I could barely write my signature. Losing that at only 25 years old is difficult to come to terms with. Here’s to hope!
