If you had a dominant caregiver figure in your life how would you want them to treat you in your little role? Strict rules or more cuddly daddy type?
Sort of how you might guide a child. Gentle, loving, soft, but also can be strict if needed and have rules in place. If rules don’t get followed or broken, then stern talk or mini punishment like a time-out. I tend to lean for more soft cuddly types with a strict side, but not necessarily physically strict (spanking for example).

I love arguing that “I’m not a baby”, not because it bothers me when someone says it, but it’s so nice when somebody proves me wrong because I’m small, sensitive, and accident prone.
It’s like them accepting me when I feel “little” or saying it’s okay for me to want to be taken care of sometimes, and that is such a relief.
I’m always scared I’m a burden or annoying or weird. So when I pout and say, “I’m not a baby.” there’s nothing else that would make my heart flutter more than them saying, “Yes you are, you’re my baby.”

Put me in time out and threaten to spank me for “talking back”

One of my favorite punishments was putting Mia in the corner after her spanking and giving her lots of water to drink in sippy cups. She had to stay there and face the corner with her jammies down to her knees until she had to go potty and use her Pull-Ups. She wasn't allowed to tell me when she did, she had to put her thumb in her mouth to show me she was done. @cumpliantly 💕
