Printable Self-care checklists!

I know some folks (including myself) have trouble keeping on task with basic self-care so I made some printable self-care checklists that you can use. Here’s how to use them:

1. choose your list and download it from here

2. take it to a kinkos, fedex store, office depot or other printing service and ask them to print it on 11 x 17 tabloid portrait paper, and laminate it

3. use a magic-erase or expo marker to tick off each star for each task that you do every day!

Remember:

- it’s okay if you can’t do every task every day. in fact, showering every day is probably not a good idea and bad for your hair/skin.

- this is just a tool for you to use to keep track of your habits. it’s not supposed to make you feel bad for not completing tasks.

- this isn’t a to-do list. just check off what you can do. if you can’t do anything, don’t beat yourself up for it. there’s always tomorrow.

Just holding your sub

Using soothing lotions on bruises/marks

A short nap with your sub.

Giving a treat (warm milk/tea/some goldfish, etc)

Brushing their hair

Hey dude! I have a question, how can you like being degraded and humiliated but also being taken care of and loved. I'm not trying to be judgey, I just genuinely want to know why people who enjoy it do. I feel like that would all make me want to cry! Why do you enjoy it?

well, for me, it really all depends on the mood im in.

sometimes i need to be held in my daddy’s arms for hours while he strokes my hair and tells me what a good girl i am

other times i need him to grab me by my hair, shove me to the ground, and show me my place for being the dumb little brat that i am

and that doesn’t mean he can’t degrade me in loving ways either, like having my utensils taken away from me to have my food cut up for me because i’m too small and dumb to do it on my own, you know. cute things like that
