”You really got Byers heated today.”
”What?” Steve glanced towards Eddie, body halfway on top of his as the younger man had his legs over his lap.
The two were longing on the radio station’s couch after everyone else had left. It had been a long day planning when their next crawl was gonna be and Steve, the annoyingly gorgeous and douchy Steve was on Jonathan Byers ass the whole time.
Eddie knew it wasn’t about Nancy. Steve just liked to rile the other man up and honestly, Eddie sometimes wondered if Steve did it on purpose or if he was just that oblivious to all of it.

”Shit, man. He was about to burst when you found the missing map for Nancy before him. I’ve never seen him so defeated.”
Steve rolled his eyes, slight pout on his mouth as he pressed himself more onto Eddie’s lap.
Eddie had his arm wrapped around the other’s waist as he rubbed slow circles onto Steve’s knee. They were really clingy, especially on days like these when they couldn’t casually hold each other for hours because of the too many people around them.
”He did not. Stop making shit up, Eddie.”
”Oh, I’m making it up? C’mon, Steve. Don’t play dumb. We both know you aren’t.”
Steve groaned, trying to get away from Eddie, but Eddie just laughed at his stubbornness. He caught Steve’s legs and pulled him fully onto his lap.
”Stop being too harsh on him.”
”Dude, seriously?” Steve whined as he tried to wiggle his way out ”Cut the crap. I told you I don’t know what you’re talking about. And why do you even care?”
Eddie laughed ”, Why do I care? Maybe I want my boyfriend to stop messing with the guy that looks like a sad wet cat most of the time and focus on me more.”
Steve stopped his wiggling and looked at him painfully long.
Steve’s eyes widened at his honesty and he blushed, the redness creeping slowly from his neck to the tip of his ears.
”What if I won’t stop this ’messing’ around with Jonathan that you’re so hell-bent on?”
”Then I just have to punish you for it.” He groped Steve’s ass and the younger man responded with a needy and surprised moan ”, You know you have to have your eyes on me.”
Steve’s submissiveness was a gift from God’s to Eddie himself. The man turned to mush in Eddie’s arms the second he pressed the right buttons.
”Uh-huh.” Steve nodded while biting his bottom lip as Eddie ducked down to kiss his mole dotted neck. Eddie sucked a dark mark on there, just a reminder to who Steve belonged to.
Eddie gave a soft kiss to Steve’s cheek and patted his ass before turning his attention back to the cassettes they had been exploring.
Steve was breathing heavily on top of him and Eddie couldn’t help but to grin when he saw Steve’s face turn to annoyance.
Steve still gets taken aback by how fast Eddie’s facade can shift. One second he’s a dorky guy and next second a fucking sex god who makes Steve beg for his cock weekly.
A fact Steve won’t admit.
”Fuck you, dude.” Steve groaned and got up ,” and by the way, it’s not my fault Jonathan is insecure. He needs to be the one to man up and save his own relationship! It’s not my fault that I’m just being a good friend to Nance.”
Eddie smiled up at him. A bitchy Steve was something that Eddie cherished deeply and he wasn’t gonna let it go just yet. Even if his boyfriend was being silly.
