Important OOC Update
School has begun and teaching virtually has proven to be more time consuming than any teacher has realized. We are all feeling like we are back in our first year of teaching again. I will continue to do the best I can for my mental health and part of that is writing what I have muse for as I can. @drcartwright remains the account signed in on my phone, so it is the best place to message me. However I do check my fic blog fairly regularly too over at @writerwrites
I will keep drafting and replying to threads as I can, queueing and tagging musings as I can, know that I’m the type of writer that will keep anything going as long as you want. I also won’t hold some grudge if you don’t ever reply to me because I’m slow. I chose to write with you because I love your characters and writing with you. I’ll be here to read your work, even if it’s not with me.
As of right now my virtual instruction has been extended to:
31 January 2021
thetroubledmisfits:
Nora knew that she was probably the youngest stylist anybody had seen in a while. As intimidated as Nora had been, now that she had accepted the job, she was ready to strap her boots and get to work. There was no more backing out, at least not in Nora Klein’s book. As Elie started explaining the guidelines that would be need to be followed, she nodded her head. It was no secret to Nora how meticulous the princess’ life was and really she’d been honored to be given a chance to be part of this opportunity. Nodding her head and following along as best as she could, she pointed her fingers in the air to pause. “I might need that first half in writing, but at your service, ‘Her Royal Highness the Crown Princess of Denmark and Countess of Mon Pezat.” she let her accent try to hit the right marks. “I completely understand that it’s not personal, Elie. You’ll always have my ‘friend opinion’ before my professional one when we are behind closed doors, but other than that, I’m just ready to make you the most stunning princess in the room. It’s like dresses were made for your frame, but of course I’d love to hear your ideas and inputs. We’ve got so much to cover,” Nora realized as she let thumb play with the ring on her middle finger.
"Well whatever you need, we’ll figure it out. I promise. I know you’ll be great because you’ve always had my back and I will always have yours. I hope you trust me enough to know that.” She reached out for Nora’s hand, brushing her fingers over the ring. “What’s this? Is it special to you?” Aurélie’s gaze looked over her friend’s hands and to her face, her gaze locking on Nora’s bright blue eyes. “How should we celebrate your new job?”

Important OOC Update
Friendly reminder that I am back to work, albeit virtually, through ¼/2021 unless the COVID situation improves/worsens and impacts my schedule and/or health.
Reply frequency will vary significantly, especially with my own medical needs and caring for my family during the loss of my grandmother, but also due to the changes in my profession during the pandemic.
Writing is my distraction, escape, and happy place, please do not take my skipping over serious plots/threads personally. Right now I’m focusing on writing what I can, when I can. You are welcome to ask/message if I missed your thread. @drcartwright is the blog to message/send me asks on, as it is the one logged in on my phone due to group chats.
