"You want some donuts?" Love asked and showed a bunch of donuts. "They are really delicious."

"Donuts?!" Regina's eyes widened. "Heck, yeah, I want some!" She snatched one and took a big gleeful bite. "You know, it's been a long time since somebody showed me so much respect!" she stated with her mouth full, completely skipping saying thank you to the generous girl.

She paused in thought. "...Hey, do I know you? What was your name again?" Regina couldn't remember. If it didn't have anything to do with her, she had a hard time recalling things. She tilted her head in curiosity, with donut crumbs on her face. "Aren't you Mana's friend?"

"… What’s in that bag and why are you hiding it here?"

  Regina stood there with a snooty pose for a moment before taking her hands off her hips and instead holding them up in a begging manner.

She let out a frustrated sound and pleaded. “Don’t tell Mana, okay? She’ll be so unhappy with me! If you tell, I’ll roll you in bacon bits and throw you in the middle of a dog pound, got it?!”

She lowered her head and put on a whisper. “You see, I was walking along when I saw this candy shop. Naturally, I had a sweet tooth and just wanted a few pieces of candy—a girl’s gotta have her sweets! Well, this poor little princess was all alone and of course had no money! Where does a girl like me get money, anyway? So, I did what I thought needed to be done: I used a bit of my magic to put the shopkeeper to sleep and transferred just about all of the candy from the inside of the shop into a big bag!”

She paused before concluding, “…So, I stole it. But I tell you, if this world wasn’t so unfair and I had everything I wanted without having to work for it, I wouldn’t have been driven to a life of crime! I mean, I’m royalty for darkness’ sake! It’s actually criminal on their part if you think about it!”

"…Aaaaand," she went on in a singsong tone. "Since you’re now my accomplice, I guess you’ll have to comply with whatever other orders I have for the rest of the day. You wouldn’t want people to know you let me get away with this, would you?"

Miyuki wondered what Regina was getting angry over so suddenly. When the name of Mana came up, it became all clear. The punishment she wanted to do to Miyuki sounded pretty terrible, but silly at the same time. She couldn’t help giggling.

"Don’t worry, I’m not going to tell her anything! You can trust me with this. And I don’t want to smell like bacon!"

She waited for Regina to explain what was going on, and where she got all those sweets. Miyuki kept her smile wide the entire time, though the more the young girl progressed into her story, the more her happy grin turned into a very worried one.

"You shouldn’t have done that, Regina! What if they find out anyway? You will get your family in trouble! You really should bring these back!"

Regina ignored her and continued to explain everything. Twisting it in a way that made Miyuki sound like the one at fault.

"Nobody is going to believe that! Please Regina, I don’t mind being involved in this, but only if you give them back! It really has nothing to do with the fact you’re a Princess, it’s just… common courtesy to not steal people’s things!"

Regina looked completely baffled at the lack of cooperation coming from her 'partner in crime'. She let out a shocked scoff of sorts. "Wh-wha?! What's more important to you, a clean record or candy?" She took a piece that had fallen on the ground and dangled it over the girl's face. "Hmmm?"

Telling that her goody-goody Precure leader friend wasn't sold on the idea, she dropped the candy on the ground and started the waterworks. 

"B-But..." she sniffled in an over-dramatic, cheesy way. "All I wanted was was to share all this candy with everyone... The homeless, the helpless, and little children, too... I didn't think I was doing any wrong..." she bare-faced lied. "...And now suddenly I'm the badguy? Oh, the injustice in this world!" She held the back of her hand over her forehead like she could almost 'faint' from the common sense of kindness people had.

With her head bowed towards the ground, face covered in blonde bangs, she sniffled a couple more times before looking up at Miyuki with tearless disciplined puppy eyes.

"...So I have to take it all back now?" she asked reluctantly.

"U-uh, nothing! Hiding what?" When Regina saw the Smile Cure, she fell over and sat on the big bag, as if it would hide it. Though the zipper on it was a wee bit open, and out popped a few pieces of candy. She sat there with a pouty face for a moment before accepting that her attempt at hiding the bag failed.

"Hmm… Alright, drillhead. If you’re a good little peasant, I’ll let you in on it."

Miyuki rose an eyebrow. She was really wondering what Regina was hiding inside a bag so huge. The mystery was quickly unveiled, when some sweets started falling out of a small opening.

"Oooh! They look delicious!" She said, bending down to pick up the fallen pieces. Strawberry… Fudges… Ew, Natto Gyoza! … That was quite the big diversity of candies she had there.

"A good little peasant? What do you want me to do?"

Miyuki didn’t bat an eye when she was called drillhead. She was used to have people give her nicknames based on her haircut. The most common were “croissant” and “cornet”. “Drillhead” didn’t sound so bad.

The girl knew how much of a brat, the sixth member of Doki Doki Precure could be. Rikka and Aguri had warned her about that, already. She was prepared for everything.

Well, Regina was her friend too! So it couldn’t be that bad, right?
