Update, she's terminal. Trying to keep her comfortable. Im probably going to go inactive for awhile now.

so my cat and I are currently at the pet hospital. She's stable, but lethargic with very low appetite. We don't know what's wrong yet. The vet gave her some drugs so she is also pretty doped up rn, but I hope it is making her feel a little more comfortable. If you would like to send get well wishes I will be sure to pass them along to her. photos taken just now

i climb 16 flights of stairs, NOT 17.

i tend to avoid working out in front of anyone so i take the stairs instead of the elevator often. i used to try and think to myself, "proud of me" when reaching the final 17th floor. but i remembered today that there is no 13th floor in high rise buildings. my girl math has decided that i am lazy af for taking the stairs in private instead of a stair master at a gym because ive basically been counting one flight of stairs for free. i actually only climb 16 flights of stairs instead of 17. i feel so angry and ashamed i let myself be proud of fake accomplishments.

please remember that unless youre looking at a perfectly flat mirror, or a photograph of you shot at exactly 50mm, youre technically looking at a distorted reflection or image of yourself.

so for those of you who question how you perceive yourself let me confirm that you really do look different in some mirrors compared to others. it's true. you really do look different in one picture to another.

(and THEN there's lighting, but consider that after because it is a separate topic)

just tried a liquid iv electrolyte packet and it was absolutely vile. dumped it out immediately and threw away the other flavor i had without even trying it. so gross... not for me. if you have had any luck with prepackaged powder electrolytes pls lmk 🙏 💙 tysm
