Baby's coming everywhere
cute date idea: we go on a picnic in the forest, and end up having a competition to see who can hug the most trees (p.s iâll obviously win)
pics from my walk todayđ±đž (thought slightly enhanced bc my iPhone 6s does not do them justice)
my mental health might be garbage but at least frogs exist, yâknow?
itâs not pretty
Like a hand wrought quilt, blithely gaudy, ragged with love and the carelessness of time Laid plain on the hillside, as though placed by some tender and exacting hand
// Part 23
you know whatâs a good feeling? a real good feeling?
when sunbeams do this.
that is all.
does anyone else ever feel guilty for not being mentally ill enough? like your anxiety or depression fucks you up but then you have good days and youâre productive and itâs like, wow clearly I was faking it bc look at me! Iâm fine! and then you feel guilty for wasting everyoneâs timeÂ
This is exactly why mental illness should not be a contest. People should not be guilt tripped into thinking they have to feel bad all the time; itâs extremely anti recovery. Itâs okay to get better and itâs okay to have good days.
