ok guys but imagine how hard it's gonna hit if something good ever happens again

just got it off my chest to my mom that the reason i struggle with so much insecurity with my hair is because when i was a kid i used to like having really long hair but then it got to a point where my friends started making fun of it and told me i had too many split ends and i needed a haircut so that's why i got it cut shorter and she says "people used to make fun of me for my posture, i wouldve much rather they made fun of me for having split ends"

#when my only friend (mom) is also my biggest antagonist #went almost as well as the conversation where i was panicking about my future #and job prospects and said something to the effect of i feel like a loser like i let you down #and she basically confirmed it #never talking to this woman about anything personal ever again. strictly business from now on oh my godddd
