Greetings to all. My name is Professor Atlys Aspen, otherwise known as just Professor Aspen. Please do ask whatever you so desire, i have a vast knowledge about pokemon and history. Can’t say I’ll be able to answer all of your questions however, as I’m currently busy researching Hisui, for whatever reason. My assistant may occasionally pop in to answer some asks, so don’t be shy to ask him any questions.

So pretty much she’s just a tired professor who is currently researching about Hisui, mostly the extinct pokemon from back then, but also the mythology and historical events n such. Her assistant is Volo (because i like him a lot so he’s here) though he’s currently going by the fake name Vincent. You’ll see later on that the two develop an obsession with each other, Atlys becoming aware that Volo knows more than he lets on and that he could potentially be some sort of immortal being, and Volo is sliiightly murderous towards Atlys but he probably wont kill her. Probably. But yeah PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE INTERACT, i don’t care if you’re another oc blog, a pokemon rp blog, just some random guy feeling bored, PLEASE INTERACT WIH ATLYS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE

Professor Aspen,

It's nice to see another professor here on Rotomblr. Purely out of curiosity, what do you primarily study? And what's your motivation to you study it? I personally found a love for Pokémon psychology and sociology.

Yes, yes, it’s nice to see you as well.

To answer your question, I primarily study history and mythology. Though, i am also a fan of pokemon biology, so i have a degree in that as well. At the moment though I’ve been tasked with researching anything and everything about Hisui, which is going well. I’m planning on visiting the Sinnoh region soon, and I’ll be tagging along with a team of archeologists. Naturally, my assistant is coming too.

Ahem. Forgive me, i was talking quite a bit. As an answer to your second question, my motivation for studying is the hopes of getting a sweet bonus, kekeke… kidding, of course. Truthfully my motivation is a natural love for pokemon and history in general. Growing up i was more into just history, but i started becoming interested in pokemon biology during high school. Biology class specifically, of course.

And how about you? Anything you’re currently focused on?

I wonder if perhaps Vincent is related to the Sinnoh champion, Cynthia. They certainly look alike.

What Pokemon are on your team?

A good question. These are my Pokemon.

I'm not great with naming so I call my Pokemon by what they are.

Except for phantump. His name is Theo.

And yes, I only have four Pokemon. I see no need for me to have six, after all I'm not much of a battler. If someone wants to fight, I prefer to use my fists.
