This is an iphone app (link to app store) that lets you transfer between your accounts when you resist spending urges programmatically.
Basically you can say "I am not going to get starbucks today" and then transfer that money instead to a savings account or your "cruise savings fund".
Clever.

It is a pretty interesting goal setting app that I will be trying! They also have a blog where they promote how their users have used the app to reach goals... itself a pretty cool motivational technique.
