Goal: Daily Vocal Exercises, Finding my Range
Warm up: Stretching, Breath support (Exhale on’s’, ‘psh’ ‘v’ , adding vibration, rhythmic breathing, ‘ptk’, ‘fssch’, tongue/jaw stretch, lip trills, slides on ‘ng’ ‘ah’ leading to vocal fry, up an octave, down the scale,
Major scale to find range: High: A5, Low E3, Passagio G4
Notes: After todays practice my throat feels tense and I had a rasp in the voice.
