are you planning on making a full list of what the issues with some of the projects on your drafts listed with unethical issues are? as some of them just say “additional projects using unethical practices” and are very undescriptive, it’d be nice to know what specifically they did to put them on the disclaimers queue!

Usually the projects listed in the "disclaimers queue" are either low effort vibe-coded stuff (which means the project isn't proofread by any humans, and your data may be easily exposed to hackers), and/or their developers provide an unsafe environment (usually towards specific groups, such as gatekeeping for non-traumagenic systems).

Also, as told there - drafts are… drafts, which means stuff is still not complete nor polished - as we didn't yet have time to check them out more precisely. By the way we acknowledge that a lot of projects have been in the drafts for a very long time - more than expected - another post we did here explains why (tldr: carrd's website builder is becoming unusable for sites with a lot of content) (oh lord 13th April).

When we finally get time to work on this site again, we may simply move it to another host where we code it ourselves - that way we can be sure it won't get any laggy for us because the new "builder" would be a text editor. At the current state the website needs a lot of polishing - but at some point, just redoing it may take less time than looking for every single issues here and there on a very laggy editor.

Thank you for your ask! This queue won't forever stay like this, we'll have to take another approach!

Idk if you still use this blog, but on your list of plural tools, pluralspace now has an inner world map feature so you can now list it as a "World mapping" option

We're planning to redo this site in a way that can be handled long term (there are so many reasons), and things there will be listed in a different way, so stuff likely won't move until we're done doing so.

Appreciate your suggestion regardless - and no we're not giving up on this blog or anything regarding P4&, we would just like to do that at our own pace ^^

We are considering moving P4& to make an actual website.

The website works good so far, so why?

So... it's not the website itself; it's the builder. As you must know, it was made using Carrd, and the issue is that it doesn't treat well websites with many, many elements (despite subscribing for a Pro plan).

p4p.crd.co now has a countless amount of "elements", and it's struggling more over time as we keep expanding this site. This can't last forever.

We want all the listed apps to eventually have their pages and accept new questions, submissions, etc... but at its current state, the builder doesn't take seconds to do something... it takes whole minutes. This has slowed down progress by a LOT, and is almost being halted at this point. Some of our devices are now even dropping support for editing our site.

The good news is that we've got HTML and CSS skills... so why not using them? Yes, it'll take time, but it will be better long term, as a text editor doesn't struggle with hoards of lines of code.

If things go how we want, we may turn the Carrd into just an introduction page, along with one that will be directly made in the potential new site.

In fact, we are already aware of PluralLog being a new option! It's already in our drafts, which you can check here! There are still a lot in there at the moment because making a whole page of it takes a fairly good amount of time.

Our drafts are also accessible directly from the site from Listing -> Scroll down to "Not quite right yet?" -> "Look at our drafts. […]"

If you don't know us already, welcome to Project 4 Plurals! This is a website referencing plenty of apps and tools that plurals deem as useful. It includes plural toolkits, but we also thought outside the box and included non-plural apps that can also be of a great contribution to y'all! In addition to our Listing, we also offer Answers, Tutorials, Support, Templates and Inspirations! *

We're not sure how active we will be on Tumblr yet, considering we already have an history of making news on Discord and the site directly since January.

HOWEVER! We're likely to use this blog mainly for asks, so if you need help with anything or wish to send feedback, similar to our volunteer-run Support Server, you can ask us here!

* At the time of posting, this project is still work in progress, but fairly usable, and it continues to develop over time!
