Retail mid-level Department store
Steps, as in you’re only a few steps away from any chain at any time, operates on the same level of a Walmart or Zellers. The logo presented is black because the head office prefers to change it seasonally to suit their purposes.
D20: 14 - Manufactured Goods D6: 1 - Paper products D4: 4 - B2B
They have paper. They’re concerned about your business’s need for paper.
D20: 19) Health D4: 2) Mid tier D6: 3) Pharmacy
Caps Pharmacy is a mid level competitor to Rexall and Shopper's Drug Mart. After seeing Rexall's recent rebranding efforts, they wanted something rounded with simple type that could be used with contrasting seasonal colours.
Also hi, how've you been?
My first logo back from the injury, I couldn't let what happened at Pulse in Orlando during a Latinx pride celebration party go by without something here. Every since the shooting that left 49 dead and 52 in hospital, I've been operating at a strange pace like the rest of my fellow LGBTQ2SIA brothers, sisters, and all in between. I've been mourning the dead, hoping for the best for the injured, and steeling my resolve to be out and loud and proud. I've been getting angry as the shooter keeps getting the press attention when the victims deserve it. I'm angry at the racism and Islamophobia that has risen and I am so proud when I see my friends shut it down immediately. I'm angry and I'm tired because in the US, this shit keeps happening.
I'm angry at the "thoughts and prayers" politicians who refuse to do anything that would curb gun violence in the USA. I'm angry at the Americans who say that gun control measures will be ineffective when they have proven very effective in every oither country that has them on the books. This is the concept of American Exceptionalism at its worst: if something works in other countries, it is then Unamerican and must be feared, discredited, and destroyed immediately. I'm angry at a culture that empowers this bullshit.
In the meantime, I put up a shirt "Thoughts and Prayers do Nothing." All profits that I make from this shirt will go to the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence, CSGV.org

An update!
I haven’t forgotten.
My arms still hurt.
I’m going to the doctor on Monday.
I can draw again, I still need to find a comfortable position for it.
Regular service will resume shortly.
Thank you for your patience.
Text editing on Edge is terrible and easily lost.
Have a great weekend!
Right, after 39 days of logos, some great feedback, and dragging a bag of laundry the size and approximate weight of a dead body, I need to take a couple of days off. My right arm started feeling terrible last night from the shoulder to my fingers while I can feel my left shoulder knotting up. typing hurts, using my tablet is no picnic either. This was drawn with my left hand, and I’m surprised it came out this legible. When I come back, it’ll be with a mega post to make up for the days missed.
d20: 19 health care d6: 4 Hospital d4: 3 High Tier
Banting Memorial is a state of the art hospital with all of the latest approved, and some even unapproved interesting things within its very clean, study, well funded walls and that's all you need to know other than the text was in Alegreya Sans.
d20: 19 health care d6: 5 urgent care d4: 1 Low Tier
First Sign is an urgent care clinic chain that services poorer, inner city areas in North America. The play on the cross is similar to the Walk In Clinic, but more of a focal point than a leading eye catch. The type used here is Oswald.
d20: 11 Manufacturing d6: 5 Home electronics d4: 1 Low Tier
FyHy is the lower price point store brand of Ports. They make televisions and stereos that get sold at about a third to half of the cost of major national competitors. While the main logo is a dark blue to inspire confidence, it usually shows up in grey on their products themselves .The type used is Brandish Regular.

d20: 9 Recreation d6: 2 Park d4: 3 High tier
This 4 colour impressionist inspired logo that uses Georgia for the text, is a simple drawing of a park space with cherry tree. The flat colours change for each shape to give the idea of space as colours get lighter the further away they are.
d20: 2 retail d6: 5 electronics d4: 2 mid
Ports is an electronics big box store chain that puts an extra emphasis on computer parts and repair. Their installation team is known for the sales tactics that push total home integration including a method of controlling the lights with the coffee maker.
d20: 20 personal d6: 2 deodorant d4: 4 b2b
Aurora is a brand of personal deodorant sold exclusively through wholesalers to hotels that provide it in their bathroom kits. The logo here, is printed on the bottle along with a personalized "provided by" and the name of the hotel. The typeface here is Deja Vu Sans.
d20: 1 Restaurant d6: 2 Pizza d4: 2 Mid tier
Slice is a downtown focused pizza establishment that walks the lines between fresh ingredients and economic viability. Their logo, like Mauro's logo, has a pizza slice, but this time it's hatched unlike a contour. It's also knocked out instead of black on white for dramatic effect. The rest of the text is Oswald Regular.
d20: 20 Personal item d6: 6 Toys/Lube d4: 2 Mid tier
Vis A Vis is the brand line of lube found at most major pharmacy chains. Its curved exterior, created by using the Fanwood typeface, has an art nouveau or even arts and crafts feeling to show the lubrication and comfortable fit of the A between the V letter forms.
d20: 18 Publishing d6: 4 Agent d4: 1 Low tier
The Story Agency is only an agency in name only. It's a co-operative run in a way to get involved authors published, and get them to help other authers. To that end, To make this look very official, the Century typeface was used. To give it a less formal feel, the lines like lined notebook paper were incorporated, putting more of an emphasis on stories and writing than being an agency.
