Imagine how Brigitte must've felt going through this ugly transformation into a werewolf.

It's like going through puberty but tenfold. The sheer horror of realization that your body is inevitably changing and you aren't yourself anymore. She must've felt her true self was being taken away little by little before her own eyes. And loss of her innocence, too.

Ironically Brigitte's transformation went so much uglier than Ginger's the same way puberty hits people differently.

Ginger’s transformation had a cruel, dark glamour to it. Brigitte got the raw, clinical, degrading end of the deal. She was forced to watch her own innocence and identity get stripped away in the bleakest way possible, turning into the very thing she was trying to save her sister from. What a dark irony.
