I have a piece in both zines, and I got to make this charm and design the brochure for the Promnis zine. You can find their combined storefront here!

This ficlet was written for @promniszine, and was basically born out of that deleted scene where at some point in canon, Ignis was apparently meant to step in and intervene during an altercation between Noctis and some thugs. That isnât my whole fic, but I did build an entire story inspired by that deleted scene!
I feel very privileged to have been able to mod this project too - it was such a resounding success! I hope you enjoy the story :)

He sinks into the couch; digs blunt, chipped nails into his thigh. Drifts his gaze over to the thin cuts carved across his fist, angry red streaks sliced into his knuckles like a tallied count of all the people heâs hurt in the name of necessity.
And Prompto hovers awkwardly by the door.
But after some time, he seems to steel himself; strides over with decisive resolve, and drops flimsily in the seat next to Ignis. Close enough that their tender thighs line up flush, their body heat coiling and mingling in the tight space between them.
Ignis can see no sign of the usual merriment â or the glistening beadlet of delight thatâd kindled in Promptoâs pupils that day at training, months ago.
But either way ⊠Promptoâs here.
