His expression falls and he lets his arms drop to his sides. "Try to have a good day," he says, forcing himself to hold his brother's gaze.
He smiles again as he takes a step back. "I'll be here when you get home." Be careful, please.
He chuckles. “I can’t take every day off, Ludger, I would never get anything done.”
He bites his lip, trying not to pout. "I suppose you're right." He doesn't move his arms, however, choosing to keep them around Julius's neck, running his fingers through his short hair.
She shows Ludger Alvin’s book. “I borrowed this book from Alvin. It has all the sayings in them.”
"Of course it is…Sophie - you probably shouldn’t borrow things from Alvin. Or do anything he tells you, for that matter. He’s not the best role model."
"Alvin's not that bad."
"I see…Sophie - pick up lines aren’t exactly…appropriate for you to just say to anyone."
"I’m not saying them to anyone, Cheria. I’m only telling my friends - like Ludger."
"Where on earth did you hear these from?"

He lets go of Julius's coat only to wrap his arms around his neck instead. He hums absently and pulls him down for another kiss.
"You sure you can't take today off?" He asks breathlessly, his cheeks tinted pink.

He smiles and leans in close, kissing Jude on the cheek. "It's good to see you again," he says. Jude's work and his new job at the cafeteria had kept them both very busy. It was nice to spend time with his friend again.

He reaches out, adjusting his brother's bolo tie, making sure to keep his gaze down as he does. When he's satisfied that it's straight he smiles and looks up at him.
He grips the lapels of his coat and pulls him down to his level, easing his mouth over Julius's in a gentle kiss.
"I’m playing a game with Ludger, Cheria. Would you like to play too?"
"Ludger, explain!"
"W-what!?"
"You make me melt like hot fudge on a sundae!"

He wraps his arms around Ludger. He had learned a lot from Ludger, but the most important thing might’ve just been how easy it was to communicate without actually saying a thing.
"I’m sure it’ll be alright, Ludger. If the fight didn’t seem important, it might not be. Something else might be weighing on his mind. You should try to talk to him - can you call him?"
He tenses when Jude hugs him, but he relaxes quickly. He had just been surprised that his friend had hugged him like that. He never thought Jude was a really touchy person, but maybe he had been wrong.
He lifts his head, but he still can't bring himself to look at Jude, and he shrugs. "I could, but he probably won't answer. I think he's at work."
He pats Jude on the arm. "Look, thanks for listening. It felt good to get that off my chest." He forces a smile. He's very grateful for his friend. He just hopes Jude understands that.
