Meditation is always a good way to keep your anxiety low. Try siting up straight and inhale through your nose till a point you can't. Then exhale through your mouth. Don't rush!! Think with a clear mind and not a foggy one! Smile while your at it! :)

thank you nonnie, I had an anxiety attack earlier and since it’s been awhile since I’ve had one I’m still a little shaken. It’s just that I should really focus on study, and I was doing great until this happened. I feel discouraged.

I’m so upset and I’ve been all day because my phone misteriously died, I live 600+ km away from my family and they could have sent me some old phone but I’m going to Milan (and a huge concert) on tuesday and it wouldn’t arrive in time. I can’t really afford to buy a new one right now, because we’re going to have our doggie spayed next week and the operation is very expensive. And none of my friends have a spare phone I can borrow. So I spent all day crying and trying to figure out what to do, and I should be studying hard for my exams but I can’t now with all this anxiety.
